so after watch Dogs I will get back to my backlog of games that I can either get a lot of trophies or platinum fairly easily. what do you guys think I should tackle next?

NCAA 11

NCAA 13

L.A.Noire

GTA IV

Red Dead

Batman Arkham Asylum

Batman Arkham City

Uncharted 2

Uncharted 3

Skyrim

NHL 2k10

Minecraft

Any Ideas? maybe easy quick plats or are all of them longer? Suggestions?

I know rockstar games are hard and a grind, it's really about games I can bring up my completion percentage. I have a lot of games I played when I didn't care about trophies and want to go back to get easy ones to bring my grade average and completion up with.
What is your real goal here? Having fun? Completion percentage increase as quick as possible? Prioritize plats? Moving up leaderboards? If yes, which one, because it will change depending on PSNP or TT?

I'd suggest these games having only played them fully. (I did play GTA 4 and Red Dead but I never finished them). Basically, I hated the Helicopter controls in GTA IV. I do find it funny how it allows me to skip the last mission with Brucie Kibbutz but I can't skip any of the other missions in the story. Specifically the last Helicopter mission from (United Liberty Paper) and so I end up failing because of those same controls. Not to mention, that GTA IV seems to not be a 'hit' with the fans. You should be fine with the Uncharted and Batman series.

Will do, I'll probably try for the Most Wanted trophies tonight though. What time are you usually on?
I work 2-10pm cst basically everyday so usually at night after 10..sometimes in the morning. If its on minecraft, Netflix, YouTube, or during those work hours then its definitely not me online, so you'd get no response.

Honestly I have only picked up games I have enjoyed. My goal is to just obtain every trophy I can that isn't extremely difficult. I want to clean up all these games I played and loved but didn't put time into because I cared less about trophies. Besides Minecraft, all those games are on my trophy card at some point and most sit on E's due to not trying. Just want to increase those and get plats where I can. No true ultimate goal, just to clean up some of my bad completion percentages mostly.

Can I just say, I love how the other thread has gone back to being off-topic again. It's like it didn't even matter when people happened to leave.
they should just close it... honestly when there aren't any deals the thread should die off but people want it to stay first page so fill it with off topic, it's bound to happen

I think it's funny how this thread has slightly more PSN news/info than the other one right now, like Grim Fandango being PS4/Vita-exclusive.

Then I would say these games are the ones from the list I really enjoyed. The thing is, there is not a ton of easy trophies in GTA4 and RDR really. All of these games have a lot that are outside of the main story objectives.

GTA IV

Red Dead

Batman Arkham Asylum

Batman Arkham City

Uncharted 2

Uncharted 3

None of these are going to be terribly quick trophies, but you do not play any of those games just for trophies.

regarding Rogue Legacy

from http://blog.us.playstation.com/2014/07/09/rogue-legacy-coming-july-29th-to-ps4-ps3-ps-vita/

"PS Vita Control Scheme Bliss! — When we originally made Rogue Legacy, we made it with the PS Vita buttons in mind. No joke. We gambled that if it did well, we wouldn’t want the Vita version being nerfed in the control department, so we made sure to not use too many buttons. That crazy gamble we made over a year ago paid off, and that means the Vita version plays perfectly! Happiness!"

well, that plus the announcement of a platinum have secured my purchase.   To be clear, I like that they went out of their way from the get go to design for vita, which means they love it as much as i do.   I'm perfectly fine with games that are adapted to vita (hotline miami, for example, is amazing) but it warms my heart to know they were actively keeping the vita in mind.

I've heard (endless) great things about the game but i was going to skip it because it looked a bit platformy in it's roguelikeness (like spelunky)... but they just secured my purchase.

I just hope it's $9.99 or less at release, because I might just bite at that price on day-one.

They pretty much confirmed in the comments a day one Plus discount as well for Rogue Legacy. And the price will be around $14.99 as well. (he said it would be priced same or similar to the PC version, which is 14.99)

thanks for all the suggestions, may alternate between a couple... depends on the mood too, but glad I could get some feedback on the games and the view on the trophies.  AA is definitely going to get my time very soon again!

I'm always surprised that you guys find time to actually play games. I've found myself actually contributing more to forums when there's a "discussion" over actually playing the games that I own. I recently started up Hitman: Absolution and Enslaved but I find myself spending more time on here to talk than I do playing those games or reading.

It really does seem like you spend most of your time on here though.  :D/

Lol, no guarantees. But according to the comments the price would be in line with PC (14.99) and there would likely be a day one Plus discount. I'd by at $10 as well, but maybe even 12/13.
Yeah, I might go for $12-$13, too, if only because I really appreciate their attitude towards developing on Vita.

It wouldn't be much of a plus discount if it was $14.99, so I'd say yes, that's before discount. I'm in. Well I'd be in at $14.99 too.

Time at work is for posting. Time at home is for playing (and/or chatting when Tyler streams something).

Eventually all the deal threads will end up in off-topic forum because people want off-topic posts with their deals. But then all the complainers will come over here because this is where all the info is, and so we'll end up moving back over there. Mission accomplished.

Can't go wrong with Batman: AA or the Uncharted's, but I am currently drowning in collectables in Arkham City and it is discouraging since you have to collect them to do the Riddler side missions.

I admit I'm probably late on this, but this made me laugh:

If Rogue Legacy is $11.99, I'll probably buy it.

I don't know why some of you are keeping the other thread on life support.
Ugh. I can't help but comment sometimes. Most of the last page or so is all us keeping it alive. After I just posted there a few minutes ago I regretted it, and I vow to you all that I won't post there again, no matter what.

And yeah, I'm hoping on that price point as well. although I do think I'd buy it at 15.

City didn't click for me as Asylum did. Didn't touch Origins and hated Blackgate. But Knight looks damn good. Dat Batmobile...
