Nah bros, I'm doing alright. It's been a couple months, and I'm only down 18 total, but it's still progress. From 242 to 228 is a huge change. I was focusing on diet first, and said once I get under 230, I'm going to start with exercise. So last week, I started that couch to 5k plan. It's kicking my ass super bad, but I have a lot of friends who have done it and said the first month is the worst. Plus I'd be dropping more, but I still like to enjoy myself so every now and then I'll get pizza or a burger or some shit. I'm still human, not some god damn diet nazi.

You guys do understand that you don't have to associate with Mormons if you don't want to, right?  Plus they've really started to huddle together in certain areas of the valley which are easily avoidable.

Wait for it...I fuck ing HATE running.

A mormon chick would probably wear a one piece, not a bikini.  Can't speak for all of them though, there are different levels of mormon devotion.  A lot of poor people just pretend to be mormon too because the church has a shit-ton of money and gives it away to members who are in need.

Running sucks. I got a stationary bike at a yard sale and was starting to kick ass on it, then summer started and I got too lazy plus my house was too hot to work out in. But i like my stationary bike quite a bit more than running, even though it's less of a workout I can still get my heart rate going fairly decently.

That's not bad. I dropped from about 195 to 170 in 2 months last year, then just coasted from there and slowly gained another 4-5lbs since last June. Decided to go back to trying to lose a few weeks ago and am back at 170 now. Want to get rid of some of the leftover fat so I can buy new clothes. The clothes I've got now are from when I was 195 and don't fit well anymore, but I don't want to spend money on stuff that's not at the size I want to be, either, so...

Down to my last belt hole now. Hopefully that'll hold out until I'm ready for a big shopping trip.

I know

It's a joke, never thought I'd have to say this to you, but chillax Tyler

It was all in good fun :)

I know not all Mormons are like that, just like in Florida you'll all probably be seeing some old granny wearing a bikini too

Oh, and on the poll question: I don't like my job, but it find it hard to complain when I make the amount of money I do, to do the job I do. The hardest part is that I literally get yelled at for 8 hours a day. No one is ever happy when they have to call the customer service line for their payroll company. By the way, when you have an issue in your check and call your payroll folks, they just turn around and call me to blame it on me and my company somehow. Some people direct their frustration/anger toward me like I personally caused whatever issue they're having.

The other part that sucks is that I'm really good at the job and fixing problems. The reason it sucks is because my manager tends to throw shit at me that other people have screwed up and I'm in charge of fixing it. There's very little accountability.

But perks, great benefits, awesome pay, generous time off allowed (but I can only take days off 9 months of the year, Dec, Jan, and Feb are off limits due to how busy we get), I get to work from home, they paid for my Master's degree in full, I get ridiculous discounts at random online stores for some reason.

Overall, it would be very difficult for me to leave my job, despite the job actually sucking ass.

Hey Tyler, can I get in on that FC3 co-op goodness when you get to it?  I think you can have up to 4 people.  I finished the game a while back, but never got around to finding anyone to do the co-op with.

Probably assuming it's more than 2 players. I actually don't know anything about it, I was going to post looking for partners after I beat the game but Cleaner messaged me saying she was interested. But yeah, assuming it's more than 2 you're welcome to join.

I'm so glad I'm part of the "post stupid bullshit during the day" group today instead of the "catch up on all the stupid bullshit at night" group.

Cuz I've posted a lot of stupid bullshit.

I really need to finish slogging through AC3 soon...I feel like I'm neglecting so many other good games in my backlog.
just quit that shit and forget about it. Easily my least favorite AC game. And I thought it was going to be my favorite. Even the early America setting couldnt save it.

Well Tyler, it looks like your afternoon doldrums will be starting soon.  You fuck ing asshole (crybaby).

Customer Service sucks because people suck but with all those positives, your job sounds great. We all have to deal with people, but you get to do it from the comfort of your home while partaking in your hobby.

I now hate you even more. More than tyler.

I've always pictured him as Pete from 30 Rock. I'm pretty sure our pete has mentioned he has a bunch of young kids and Pete on 30 Rock does too and is scared of his kids.
while I'm not scared of my kids per se, I wouldn't want to meet future margo in a dark alley. she's tough as damn nails.

now when they're all in their teens, then it'll be me and a bottle of something alcoholy that I can choke down hiding in the basement together every night until they leave the house for college/work/adulthood.

To be clear, I dont think I ever said I HATED my job.  I HATE WORK.  My job can suck sometimes and be okay at other times.  But I am with grandpa, I dont know many people that love their job.

Maybe we will have more games to boost then so at least the basement stays clean.
