Also, to whoever was talking about minecraft. I used to hate on minecraft, but I ended up renting the ps3 version from redbox and had some fun with it. The plat is pretty easy and I would have had it if the saves were compatible with the digital version, but instead I have to start over so I put it off. I think I'ma play a bit of it right now.

 
hey , i was wondering if someone can tell if playstation store charges tax on downloads for games? i just got some psn currency cards, and this is my first time using it on a game download . for example the game i want to buy costs $29.99, would there be tax on it or would a $30 psn card be enough, or will i need  more?

Has anyone officially given up?  

I'm think I'm throwing my hat out of the ring.  I'm only on 42 regularly (not perfects) and I can't even imagine trying to get some of these perfect times without dying. 

I'm really enjoying the game and gonna shoot for the 25 perfects trophy, but I think I'm ready to admit defeat.  I don't think I have the patience or the talent.

Haha, I'm close to giving up, but I won't. I don't even know if I can beat 41 without dying, let alone within the time limit. If only these levels weren't so fucking long.

Not sure on PS3, but that works web store. Right before clicking confirm purchase, it will say.

i got level 40 down to 1:23. I just can't crack 1:20. I'v gone for an hour just that level alone and my thumb/fingers are falling off. I am taking a break. I can beat it without dieing, with all crystals/points/rescues... but that time. I just can't find where to shave off those extra seconds.

I think Vig is my main competition with munky as a dark horse.  If I don't plat by tomorrow night though, I will have no chance as I won't have access to my PS4 until Monday.

Nah, but it's super easy and very short. I played the Vita version and got the PS3 version via a super cheap code on here. Plus I put it into a gameshare group so it only cost me like 50 cents in the end.

I think I'm going to play Star Ocean though.

This guy on PS3T.org posted a video of him perfectting level 40 but he fucked up multiple times and then didn't let the score screen show. I think he's full of shit. I was able to get it with 1:20 exactly (pretty sure it was 1:21 but it seems to round down with milliseconds so 1:20.9 is still a 1:20).

 
1:19 bam. I am gonna complain more in this forum if that's all it takes. I meant to send you all the challenge but I intuitively hit square to retry it ;)

i could have had them in another league, but i got 2nd pick. had to take mccoy with that. hawks d fell down into the 80s, iirc. so i took them. needless to say, i'll gladly take a goose egg from them this week.

 
I can't even perfect level 11. Of course I only played it twice so far. And I am drinking a rum and coke. Think lots of rum with a splash of coke. Drinking and 2x dont mix. Where are my pills...
 
Therm, you are right on burning sky's not having music. The cut scenes have it but while playing there is none. I just tried it, and all you hear is gun fire and explosions. Maybe to immerse you in the battle more? IIRC Uncharted didn't play music in battle but would play it when all enemies were killed in a section and also when walking around.
