Damn, that's cool of them. They're always super generous. Not sure if I should push my luck after catching so many recent breaks, lol. They just honored a crazy price mistake with Wii U pro controllers. I'll see what's up on the Sony end first. Thanks for the headsup, though.

And about those Sherlock Holmes games, I keep passing on them, should I give them a shot? Are they like a more serious Phoenix Wright game where you look for clues?

Has anyone bought the PS4 Accidental Protection Plan? I'd like to buy it with that 10% off, but I'm not sure if it's worth it. I have the White PS4 and would like to keep it looking like new no matter what. Thanks for any advice.

Also, is there anyone on PS4 that would like to do Level 24 Strikes on Destiny with me? I'm a Level 25 Titan. PSN is JGeco. I also joined the CAG Clan, which would help for trophy hunting purposes. Thanks!

Might be easier to find someone. People in the PSN off-topic thread also group up. Not sure which strike you're trying to run. I did both the weekly and nightfall yesterday. I'm lvl 26 and it was still a bitch (though I did it on hard). Make sure you have a special weapon that deals void damage.

Surprisingly, my Destiny Bundle PS4 white controller's R2 button started to stick as well (It's only been about 2 weeks). I quickly sprayed some WD40 onto a napkin and used it to lubricate that hinge area. It's working now, but still sticks a little. May worth a try for those having the same issue, and there are quite a few out there.

Of all the Atlus games on sale, which ones are worth picking up?

I already have Persona 4 Golden and P3:FES (on disc. Considered picking up the digital version for convenience but I heard about some emulation issues late-game...)

 
I'm very slowly inching towards finally switching over to the Vita 2000 I have lying around; one major concern I have is whether I could find a suitable replacement for the excellent Vault Case in which, sadly, the Vita 2000 cannot fit (I verified this myself). I found the following two listings on Amazon after looking at reviews:

I've used the brand on a touchscreen laptop I have and it's what you would expect from a screen protector, although it doesn't do the best with avoiding fingerprints. The best protectors I've used are the Skinomi ones, which I've used on various phones but not a Vita. I can say the installation process is a bit of a pain in the ass, especially where I am living now because it's dusty as hell everywhere I go (high desert area.) They are more expensive, though, and it's a fully body protector, which may be something you just don't want to deal with. Regardless, I'd give the illumishield one on my laptop a decent enough review, but again, the Vita version could be completely different.

 
How does the extra content work on Borderlands 2 GOTY? I'm trying to decide if I want to buy the DLC or just get the disc version.

Does the GOTY version work the same way as it did on Borderlands 1, where all the DLC downloads directly to your hard drive? Or does it play straight from the disc? If I'm stuck with the DLC eating my memory either way I figure I might as well go with this sale and just nab the season pass......

if what im hearing about  the  OCT games  is true   i will forgive   sony for pissing on the vita for the last 2 months...    but there  is like 1% chance of the games really hitting so  BLAH

heard a major download and  a major  cart based game     and that is all i can  say :)

Decided to go ahead and pick up all the non-Borderlands 2 GOTY DLC, which is essentially just the 5 Headhunter packs. The Vault Hunter Upgrade 2 wasn't part of the sale, so I'll get that at a later time. I also picked up Freedom Cry for PS4.

Silent Hill Book of Memories for the vita or walking dead

not sure how much i belive them since they also told me

Toukiden: The Age of Demons will be on psn before march 2015 (good chance before end of year) and i really doubt that .. I think what they heard was the new one coming and took that as the old one coming to psn+ . That and they also told me AHO would have a discount in sept (what never happened :(

would not shock me if no carts came out this month (bad month and then 2 big months to end the year)

i say another indie game and hustle kings couldnt be out of the picture

could also see a major sale on PS2,3 and psp, Ps1 games to push the playstation tv

funny thing if it is either of those 2 games i guess it wouldn't be as great for me as i have both on cart already (though Walking dead is still sealed so i would download that one)

should know on weds or thursday of this week

I'm hoping for a sale (or free PS+ entry) of Silent Hill: Book of Memories.  I didn't know this was a Diabloesque game until yesterday.  My buddy and I are going to spend a lot of time on it if it dips below retail. :)

In other news, Taco Bell is giving away another PS4 this year.

Hope that means they're going to put out a good box deal again rather than the standard one which I don't much care for. Burrito Supremes suck.
