To add some nobody cares since I was in a hurry to post the deal earlier. If values hold gonna swap my Madden for 2k, and then trade in Diablo for psn cards to but it digital. That'll knock out 60 of my 100. If I like drive club, then I'll return 2k to get cred for that to take me over the 100 mark. If I don't like it, I'll probably pre-order Dragon age digital. Too bad it doesn't stack, I could probably hit 200 if I liked drive club.
I need to finish the last of us already. the value today is silly, if it stuck around and hit $45 with the 50% I wouldn't be able to hold off.

I like a good arcadey racing game. Is Drive Club arcade or sim? Sim I'd only be interested in if I had one of those fancy wheel/pedal setups, which I don't. Do they even exist for PS4?

I wish it was more like Need for Speed or Burnout, but I have a feeling its more like Forza. I also only like arcade racers.

It's actually arcadey but looks sim from what I've heard. Might be fun.

Yea on yesterday's Podcast Beyond, Colin and Greg got attacked for calling it a Racing Sim through tons of emails and tweets... They said that will be Driveclubs biggest downfall, not knowing what genre it actually is.... Be Sim or Arcade, not both!

I ordered Quantum TV from Verizon, told them I wanted 4 boxes since, you know, I have 4 TVs.  I made the guy repeat it twice.  And yet I still only got 3.  Why the fuck is it so hard to find good help these days?

That guy was following the Microsoft number scheme. To him, 4 = 3.

*universe implodes*

Just to give you guys an update. I'm almost 100% digital except for 3 games I intend to  keep (no digital versions available) and 4 stragglers.

Keepers

--------------

Spider-Man (PS1)

Silent Bomber (PS1)

The Bigs (PS3)

Left

--------------

Shinobi (3DS)

Zelda A Link Between Worlds (3DS)

Zelda Wind Waker (Gamecube) [probably about 60-70% done with my launch gamecube save]

Castlevania Lords Of Shadow

4 games, that's it! My digital collection not including PS Plus games or Steam games is at 278 across 6 consoles. PS4, PS3, PS Vita, XBOX 360, The Wii, and The 3DS. Now this also includes stuff like the 20 free games from the ambassador's program, nintendo club, move overs from the DSi, free PS games randomly given out, etc. etc.

I'm pretty much done with the Wii, but I need to play Super Metroid, and the 360 will be written off at some point as well. That will shrink the collection by about 90 games. These include older VC games and Arcade games as well.

Call them. They will tell you to throw out the 4th TV. Problem solved.

I bet FF7 was one of the worst games of all time, huh?
It made a number of changes I didn't like, including the change to pre-rendered backgrounds with a fixed camera that moves without warning as you walk around and doesn't do a good job of showing everything. That still exists in FF10, I've noticed, and it's a style I don't care for. The graphics haven't aged well at all compared to the SNES-era titles. I didn't care much for the story or characters, either.

Not the worst game of all time, but I don't understand why everybody loved it so much. I suspect a big part of its popularity is that it was the first exposure many people got to the series and genre. FF4 is still my favorite, so that's relatable (though FF4 was the better game anyway :D/ .)

I'm checking out this "hackthemenu" website about secret menus at fast food places and it is just about the stupidest thing I've ever seen. Example: at McDonalds the "secret" "Land, Sea, and Air Burger". Here's how you order it: "Order a Big Mac (or McDouble), a Filet-O-Fish, and a McChicken. Now assemble this behemoth of a burger how ever you see fit!"

Wow. Amazing secret menu!

Here's a new secret menu item I just discovered at Chipotle. The Burrito in a Bowl. Here's how you order it: order a buritto and a burrito bowl. Put the burrito in the burrito bowl. Amazing!

Boy, someone sounds bitter.

Though I just noticed that only 11.1% of DG players got the "Owed Rent Money" trophy...which is as simple as saving the game, spending all your money, leaving the inn, and then coming back. Trophy pops, then you load your save to get your money back. Takes 30 seconds.  :shame:

What is Mcdonalds meat made from? Thats the real secret.
I don't know the answer to that, but you can also order the "sweet burger" off the secret menu: order a "burger" and a "cone". Now get yourself a spoon and scoop the "ice-cream" onto the "burger". Put on as little or as much "ice-cream" as you want. Enjoy!

Oh boy. The Bible Videogame has been submitted to Sony for approval on PSV/PS3/PS4.

And the shitstarter page if you're more curious than you should be: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1622773351/the-bible-videogame-david
Do you remember that old NES bible game? It was off brand and did not have the Nintendo Seal of Approval.

I was a bible boss like having noah carry 5 animals on his head at once or throwing baby moses in the river over and over ;)

good times

I think we may have discussed this before..

I like to get Checkers fries and a milk shake and dip the fries in it. Damn good. Only Checkers fries for me though. They have the seasoning and are extra sturdy.
