Other than talking about the graphics on the high-end settings being really nice, nothing about the review was PC-specific. There was no talk of performance, options, controls, etc.. It was all about the game content. With that in mind it's a very platform-agnostic look at the game.
I don't know that I'd say it's a particularly good review, though. I got to the verdict, which says this:
...what were the problems? I looked back through the review and unless I'm completely missing something these problems were never identified. What the hell is the point of doing that?
