DS4 sync with the Playstation TV is flawless and awesome.  I haven't really played anything yet - just some FF7 with the DS4 because I can.

Hell doesn't even look hard.  Looks like a red version of the jungle with more vampires.

Are those rotating spikes one hit kill?

So Crunchewy owned it in the main game.  Like I said he got a couple lucky breaks (which you have to catch to get super far) and got a million bombs, but he also took out enemies left and right.  He is a fucking ace at bomb throwing, especially down diagonally.  He also fucked up that 2nd Anibus guy in 2 seconds flat!

Then he got to Yama and started choking like crazy.  He ran into a vampire twice and got hit by falling shit about 5 times.  He only won with one life left.  Then he went super crazy and grabbed all the rubies like a crazy bastard!

The one thing I take from this is that I have to get WAY better at bomb throwing.

And fuck you Stotch!! "Na I dont think I'll play the weekly/daily's today"...."awww man those weeklys were so easy"...asshole.
No, I said I don't think I would be playing tonight. And I didn't plan on it. But then my friend asked me to help him out with some strikes/getting rep and marks and such. And of course he hasn't shown up yet or responded to my messages.

Tyler actually bought a new PS4 game?

oh, and stotch, i'm free tomorrow night if you need another guy.

started to get a little pissed off when my boss started changing my schedule. took one of my days off this week cause he had no one scheduled, but then he gave me this weekend off. marks my 3rd(one was requested by me) weekend off in just under a year, crazy.

Hopefully they'll get some touch controls working on the DS4 sometime soon. That'd open up the compatibility to the rest of the Vita games, which would be pretty awesome. It'd be easy to use a modifier like L2/R2 to control which Vita touchscreen you're trying to use, too.

Edit: So apparently it works in some Vita games? Not sure what causes the difference. A post here gives some examples:

I'm still having trouble believing that someone thought Stephen A Smith would be a good spokesperson for beef jerky.

I still buy CDs, mostly dirt cheap new ones or used ones clearanced for a buck or less at Hastings and/or Half Price Books.
So this is laughable.

So that Best of Board Games hub that came out today for PS3 and Vita, each of it's DLC games are $10! What the fuck! $10 for Chess, $10 for Mahjong, and $10 for Solitaire. Come the fuck on!

Also, since they're all DLC for the hub, their trophies are gimped too.

Why aren't these priced at like $1 - $3 each. I'm pretty sure there are a million sites on the internet and a million phone apps where I can play Chess Mahjong and Solitaire for free.
Not to mention there are Chess, Mahjong, and Solitaire Minis for 2.99 each.

Good summary. LOL. I was so nervous at Yama that I started making dumb mistakes.

Got the Shadow of Mordor plat (39.5 hours), I'll trade the game in to Best Buy for $44 tomorrow, and I'm ready for The Evil Within also tomorrow. :D/

As for the Gamefly sale...eh, nothing really for me.

Had the BIg Box from Taco Bell for lunch and regret it. I wish you could create your own box.

Don't care which team advances, as long as they beat the fucking Cards/Giants.

Edit: no shaq fu?
You have to type f u c k. fuck. See?

Now I have to go wash my mouth out with soap.

it's official, I won't be able to play evil within over remote play. I might fuck with the control schemes some, but between disarming bombs with the control delays and the straight up combat requiring rear touch screen, yuck.

Half price books! Thought that was only around here. Their $1-3 clearance section is crazy good.

Just finished the first two chapters if Evil Within. How you guys liking it?

Graphics seemed kinda crappy to me at first, but then I realized there is a graininess effect in the options menu that was turned all the way up by default. Turned that off completely and its an improvement. As for the actual game, pretty good so far I guess. The camera feels way too close and will take some getting used to. Stealth is kinda lame so far. Those monsters are good at spotting you and you move really slow while crouched. I'm also playing on the Bone which uses RB as the crouch button. fuck me that button was not meant to be held for a prolonged period of time. Popped up unintentionally a few times. I can still see it being pretty good despite those initial blemishes. Scrounging the nooks and crannies for supplies and upgrade materials satisfied that RE4 itch. The little shooting I did was solid, I just hope that bulllets aren't too scarce, because using stealth often would suck.
How consistently do you get to Hell? Is that something you're pretty decent at at this point, or is it still an anomoly when you actually make it to hell?
For a while I was striking out in that regard. But I did get back to hell (died in 5-2 I think it was) since that game and have a game paused on Vita where I'm about to go through the door to the city of gold.

It is hard getting to Hell. No doubt about it.

I've been to Hell 4 or 5 times, but every time I make it I beat Yama. I find Hell to be extremely easy once you get there because of how much stuff you have. I would probably be more consistent, but the last time I was playing seriously I started just going for speedlunky and trying to get a million which lead to a lot more deaths and far fewer wins

What mode are you playing at? Or did I just miss that.

I'm pretty sure I said every single thing you mention in my stream, except I don't like it as much as you so far. I'm hoping at some point (like RE4) it turns into an action game and kind of abandons the stealth and horror to an extent. I just want to shoot some fucking zombies at this point, after 2 chapters of creeping around slow as molasses.

Oh, also some noticeable pop-in on the PS4 version during cutscenes.

Not streaming anymore?

As much as a good idea I think that is, I think the average mouth breather wouldn't be able to figure out you get one selection from A, one selection from B, and one selection from C. Probably have to simplify it to one regular taco, one Dorito taco, and one item from 4 or 5 others.

And in that game I just made it to Yama again, only my second time. I didn't beat him this time, though. I took a beating in hell and only had one heart left. Vampire bat got me in 5-4 before I could even climb the chains.

I have my psn messages turned off or else I would get constant friend requests and messages interrupting my immersive atmosphere. If you want to play something with me hit me up before or after or i check intermittently, don't get butthurt if I don't reply asap. Lots of the time I'm not even at my console. I'm a chill nice dude.
