Could be. As I edited, from google searching I found somebody saying that Amazon opted out, but that's just some person on the internets. Either way it sucks.

Ya, probably has a lot of truth to it though.

A lot of retail stores no longer carry amazon/kindle gift cards because they fear the competition :(

Which I mean is reasonable, Amazon has become a powerhouse in a lot of markets in my opinion.

Stotch I kik'd you about FIFA 14 being back in stock at gamefly if you're actually interested in it cuz I figured that would be the fastest way to alert you.

I've known people like that, pure takers, the only time you ever hear from them is when they want something from you. I suspect you are right Velo, the only reason they want to come by is so they can use your shower, eat your food, and stay rent free for a few nights. Depending on what state you live in you have to be careful about how long you let people stay in your house.

I haven't played 4 yet, but from what I've read it's more of a pirate simulator than a proper AC game. They sound extremely different. Kinda hard to compare the two.

I remember that nanny one I think. Old lady stopped working after like a month and then when they fired her said they couldn't evict her. fuck that.

From what I've read, a lot of people hated the AC parts (tailing missions, modern-day sections, etc.) and wished the entire game was the pirate simulator stuff.

Zimm I always loved Cliff Burton bass solos. He's one badass bass player. Too bad he died way too young. I remember a a kid watching Metallica's Cliff em All.

Man, tensions running high today, lol.

Picked up Hatsune Miku & Hyperdimension Neptunia before the sale ended earlier.  Was tempted on Giana Sisters, but figured I've got enough frustrating games in my backlog to tide me over.

Metallica has had some commercially successful stuff since he died but Cliff Burton Metallica is the better Metallica IMO. As a bass player, the first time I got a distortion pedal and played the opening of that it felt incredible. I had the whole thing down at one point but it's been a lot of years since I've played it. He was awesome.

I only listen to Metallica from And Justice a For All and albums before. There's some ok stuff on the Black album but I'd rather listens to Garage Days(still got the cassette), Kill Em All, Master of Puppets, Ride the Lightning and Justice for All.

It sucked hearing about the bus crash that took Cliffs life.

It sure would have been if my phone wasn't dead. But as soon as I plugged that sucker in I got the message and bought it. Kik rules, confirmed.

Jaco is amazing but I never could get into stuff like that, it just feels like all tech no soul. Some may find it soulful but give me Larry Graham any day over that.
