they want you to hit the left stick twice to the right but its much easier and works well with the touch pad instead. Healing yourself is handled in a similar manner and its easy to pull of while strafing away from enemies. The game is fairly easy so far as well. I am playing on normal. Vig would want ti play on super extreme hard as fuck or whatever.
Hmm...I actually didn't think the touch pad was responsive enough. I have better luck just putting in the combo.

If you have to do that to heal, what do you have to do to use a weapon?
I think there's about 7 combo movies, including the heal one. 3 are attacks, 1 is heals and 3 are special moves. They all involve some sort of version of pressing a direction the Left Stick twice, then pressing L2 or R2. It's quite simple actually.

Damn, you're right. There was a rumor or something it was going to be free some months back, but it ended up being on sale in July for $4.20 which is when I grabbed it. I mixed the two up.
Yeah it was rumored to be free a few months back when someone made that fake mock-up. RE6 was in there as well.

Only Tyler said that. It's pretty obvious he's trying to ruin your life at this point.
Encouraging him to get laid = ruin?

Haha but yeah, I'm sure he knows he probably shouldn't be sleeping around until he can get his wife to at least agree to the separation and has talked to a lawyer.

Unless he can keep it a secret. Just keep it all a secret Pharm!

Did you hate RE 5? Still haven't played it yet.
RE 5 is pretty cool, I even enjoyed it playing alone. RE6 is a steaming pile of shit though.

But yeah, Vig is right. Gun-wielding zombies are so stupid. RE5 has a decent amount of them, but RE6 is absolutely loaded with them. RE6 is just a cover-based shooter, not a survival game in any way.

Yeah I agree with you guys on the concept of a gun-wielding zombie. I don't recall ever playing a game that had any, but it just seems silly to me.

Send him a message and see if he can raid tonight instead of munky.
That robot can have my place in the raid when it takes it from my cold, dead hands.

In other destiny news, last night was apparently secondary weapon night for me. I got hide and seek-42, TWO praedyth's revenges (which is kind of annoying since I didn't get any armor in the raid), broken truth-lr1, and plan c.

That was one of those games I didnt want to finish. It was too much fun. The coop levels are really fun too (although the servers sound like they are a PITA now).
I'm actually playing Portal 1. If Portal 2 is the typical bigger and better sequel that I've read it is, Then I can see why everyone loves it so much.

I guess I've kinda put it off since I've never really been into games built around puzzle solving, but this one is just so fun and hasn't frustrated me yet. I don't mind taking the time to figure out what to do next. It's brilliant.

That actually wasn't as hard as I was expecting it to be when I did it several months ago. It's just kind of annoying. The game itself is ok, but I don't think it deserves some of its high praise and I am one of those folks who liked Flower and Journey a lot.

I have no issues with gun-wielding zombies given that they're no more accurate/skilled with it than any other weapon they might have. I think the ones in re6 are hilarious with their random unidirectional firing and doofy faces. so I guess I like it because, when done right, it IS silly.

I wonder if you'll still feel that way when you encounter the
SWAT body-armor-wearing machine-gun-toting zombies who know exactly where you're hiding

or the
crossbow-wielding zombies who shoot explosive trap arrows that you can't shake off, so once you're hit by one, you're dead after the beeping.

I got to bring Nine Inch Nails and Perfect Circle cds to French class back in highschool. Nine Inch Nails had an instrumental song called La Mer (the sea) and I think Perfect Circle had Mer de Noms (sea of names). It was pretty cool to sit in class and listen to them.

I felt like I was getting pretty old these past few weeks when people ask me what music I listen to and im like whatever the radio is playing. It makes me seem so mainstream vanilla, but I just don't listen to albums as much. I havnt bought/listened to a NIN album since the fragile, probly round 2001. Now im more top 40s r&b pop. I tripped out n listened to Pink Floyd's the Wall and Dark Side of the Moon and then some Tool Lateralus and Aenima, that brought back good memories. My kids were like omg this music is so old/bad, they wanted durroolo wiggle your big fat butt and anaconda, lol, poor kids. I should have played some Queen. We have been invited to go to this EDM rave party knightmare underground BassCave this fri/sat, but idk if I can handle a full weekend party techno binge at this point. some wanna get a hotel room, some wanna just camp in a tent, im like i wanna go home to my bed. im getting too old for this, lol

I feel like finding new good music is a lot harder these days, we had it good for a lot of years but now everything is so scattered. Death From Above 1979 The Physical World is my current jam. So good. I remember buying Tool's Opiate EP when it came out because I read in a magazine (dinosaur way) that they sounded like Nirvana and Soundgarden. I was like no they don't sound like either but this album is great!

Ah, the shirt that Fugazi hated. They'd stop shows to yell at kids wearing them, since they never licensed shirts.

In fact, seeing Fugazi was kind of annoying like that, because they'd play a song for three minutes, then Ian would yell at a kid for five minutes.
Regardless of them not licensing the shirt one of the rules of concert going is you don't wear the shirt of the band you are going to see, unless you bought it at the show. Noob.

Is Arkham Origins Blackgate worth playing? GameFly are being assholes about sending Danganronpa 2.
Yes the map sucks but just be old school hardcore like I was and don't use it. I hear the Plat sucks if you are into that sort of thing.

Another PS3 backlogged game hits Vita via cross-buy. Angel gets it's wings on Tuesday!

On a good note for Munky, he didn't die the most during the raid. Don't worry matt, I won't tell everyone who did.

as we've already established this game is just a hilarious giant fucking troll on the player. so while I'm sure I'll hate those assholes, I already appreciate and even admire how awful they are.

If you have to do that to heal, what do you have to do to use a weapon?
to expound on what tyler said, the healing is only one ability of many. To fully heal you have to pick up health packs. The healing ability only heals up to a % of your full HP. Its actually pretty well done. I will try the left stick again though since Tyler said its easier. I found the touch pad nice enough but it isnt 100% accurate though I doubt left stick is as well.

Hey, I'm the same way. I really liked it (more than RE5, actually), even though it was the "worst" Resident Evil.

If I didn't have so much to play I'd take a chance on it, if nothing else just to see how I feel about it. I find games that people either love or hate to be interesting, and RE 6 definitely fits that category. I'm also kinda like Vig in that I rarely hate anything I play. I usually find something to like about it (for example Dark Void, Alpha Protocol, etc.). Maybe someday when my backlog is in check and I'm looking for something cheap to play.

lol the Advanced Warfare Xbone bundle is going to be $50 off at Target and Walmart (and probably more places) on Day 1.  $50 Day one discount is a sign that it's in huge demand, right???

I love Tool and the A Perfect Circle material. In a different vein, I don't know if The Sword is popular enough, but their songs when they had Trey Wingo were all great.
I've heard of The Sword but never gave it a listen, I'll check it out.

Edit: Love when stuff is on spotify.

The 3D Bionic Commando is another one that I find fun, but it is rough around the edges. It also has some stupid design choices such as disabling the ability to get collectables / trophies when playing via level select. You have to do all that stuff the first time you go through unlike BC: Rearmed. Splatterhouse I also found enjoyable.

I have Bionic Commando, but haven't played it. It's listed on eBay, but I don't figure it to sell very soon. I'm close to just taking it down and just keeping it as a "just in case" kinda game.

They should have had non Korra TV show fans review the game.  The game is actually sweet, but it's in the 50's on Metacritic and it seems like everyone is harping on the story.  Who gives a shit if the story doesn't add anything to some dumb kids show, play the fucking game for the gameplay assholes.

Hey, I just sat back and watched last night, and done what I needed to. We finally have a good enough raid team, that even when not playing your best, its still insanely easy and fast. But I'm pretty sure I died at least 10 times on the jumping section.
