I'm already on the 2nd playthrough, unfortunately. The first I played blind and didn't get it that time either. I'd intended to pick up everything this time.

Crazy games. Two dumbass turnovers by Pitt too, he could have had another one.

Although I'm pretty sure this game is pretty much proving Stotch's point exactly, which is the same opinion I've held forever. Passing is just way too fucking easy in the NFL now.

I definitely enjoy the setting for VC more, but 3 still gets the nod just because it was so fuck awesome when it came out to be able to do the shit you could in that game. So many months wasted just fucking around doing the stupidest shit, but it is some of the best gaming moments I have. Definitely the most fun I have had with a SP only game with a group of friends.

I was about to re-up my network sub to get the PPV until I heard there was no title match. I guess I can thank them for saving me a month of fees. I haven't watched the network since I got it for Wrestlemania, so no loss for me.
But speaking of loss, the Undertaker's streak did break that night. Wrong thread for that joke, but who cares.

I was fine with him working part time when he wasn't the champ, but if you're going to put the belt on him, make him show up. Say "Hey Brock, you want to be champ? You have to have at least one match a month." That's all it takes. I don't care if he shows up on Raw and Smackdown since Heyman does a perfect job in the role of being Brock's voice.

There are so many people that the belt could help out, but they're keeping it on him and then having Cena/Orton as his primary opposition.

Rumors are that they're keeping the title on Brock until WM31, and then they'll have Roman Reigns take it off him. Terrible choices there.

It wasn't always that way, but over the past 10-15 years, they have been transitioning the game to favor the pass more and more, to the point where we are at now where you can pretty much chuck it down the field with little thought of consequence.

 
It appears to me that Race the Sun on Vita does not update the track for the new day unless you quit the game (I mean drag the corner down). Oops. I didn't try finishing the course to see if it let me put in a new high score, but it was the same course from a few days ago. I should have tried that.

Jimmy John's was pretty good today, though as of right now I prefer Quiznos. I'm definitely going to try them again in the future, though, possibly with a different sandwich.

 
So most the impressions I'm reading online about Sunset Overdrive seem a bit more negative than I expected.  Sony majority fanboy bias creeping in?  Reviews come out at midnight Pacific.  I doubt I make it up that late but I'm interested to see how it reviews.

Man finally caught up on the thread. Sorry I want able to check out the Extra Life streams over the weekend. Way impressed by how successful they were though. Nice work Cleaner & NinjaSquirrel.

nope, it was the part with the spinning blade. you will hate it. there is no checkpoints forever and every enemy is a life or death encounter. those 2 grappling dudes are actually easy if you just kite them and freeze them. im flying now

Got all the trophies that I'm going to get in V2X (all except the all golds and perfect trophies).  I think I liked Ultra a little bit better.  The out of ship parts weren't as bad as I though they were, but definitely held me back from even attempting the plat.  Going to give Lone Survivor a shot now.

I need to play the original Portal and see what all the hype is about.  I've got the Orange Box sitting on the shelf, maybe I'll give it a shot this week.

 
So, I got through the first 3 chapters of RE Revelations without dying once, only to get stomped by the 1st boss fight for an hour straight. Started over on casual. Once I caught up to where I was, I realized that I somehow missed picking up the sniper rifle on my normal save, which I'm guessing would have made that fight much easier. :wall:
