Obviously it is because youve already beaten it on a similar difficulty setting so you are familiar with all of the encounters in the game. Same reason why uncharted is a joke on crushing.

Just noticed Dark Souls 2 is $12.99 at Gamefly. Not sure if it's a new deal or not.

Also, Injustice Ultimate is $14.99 at Amazon. I'd probably grab the PS4 version if I had one already.

Yeah, I figured as much. It just didn't seem like the "upgrade" in difficulty that you would normally expect. I remember Call of Duty 2 being much more difficult on Veteran, but I didn't have nearly as much trouble playing the Modern Warfare entries on Veteran.

 
Here's hoping there's a glitch when Retro City Rampage DX releases and PS+ members who got the previous version free, get this one as well.

 
I need to go back and beat veteran on black cops 2. Im pretty sure its about the same as the rest of the series but I think i Skipped most of those rts sections on veteran.

I'll grab Dark Souls 2 when it hits $10.  

fucking Best Buy, every time.  For whatever reason, they price their PS3 used games way higher than 360.  Dark Souls 1 is $10 on Xbox but $18 on PS3.  Come the fuck on.

 
More of you guys getting Call of Duty than I expected. I just played an hour or so of multiplayer and it is pretty awesome (leveled up to 16 in that time.. double XP FTW). Digging the increased mobility. Fits my play style better as I was doing unusually well for maps I had never played on before. Maybe we can get a party going one night this week. Unless you guys are ignoring the competitive mode because there aren't any trophies. That would be way stupid.

This post had me scratching my head until I remembered that you didn't find any of the BioShock games interesting enough to finish until Infinite.

it will get my attention for a little bit, but honestly I will focus on single player and co-op before really getting into it.

 
Like clockwork, Ship shitting on PS4 again.  Saying the 2.0 update was "bad" even though everything about it is awesome except for one small and non-significant issue with Rest mode, PS4 have CoD install issues even though Xbone is having them too, PSN "constant" problems, (must have missed this one), Evolve Alpha delay (which lasted what, a day?), etc.

Re: Sunset Overdrive discussion. I really hope it gets ported elsewhere in the future (PC, PS4, whatever). Insomniac was stumbling there for a little while, but I'm glad to see them return to form here. It is epically fun once you get used to the controls and the jokes land way more often than not. All around good time.

Shipwreck thinks that spending $15 on a no contract cell phone and getting a free 2 years of GCU at Best Buy is only saving a few bucks if you buy a $60 game and spend $30 on GCU.  Let's see, spend $15 or spend $78.  Dat common core mafs.

Same here on the port. I played around with it for a few minutes @ a MS store yesterday and dug it. If it doesn't get ported though, I won't worry too much. Like Vig said, there is just too many fish in the sea to get all worked up over losing a minnow.

I have no idea if that's true or not, but worth a shot? We haven't had the issue, though. I'm wondering if it might already be set to Always on ours, though I certainly didn't change it. Or maybe this is just black magic….

I haven't even remotely finished Bioshock. I think maybe I only got 2 or 3 hours into it. Maybe not even that. I didn't hate it or anything, but it's a FPS. I never seem to get far in those (says the copy of Titanfall 360 that I played for maybe 1:30).
