It's weird, but I'm kind of excited for AC: Unity now that I got it for free. I had no interest yesterday. I guess free really does make most things better.

This is why I don't Spelunky daily challenge. Died to the first shopkeeper cause I'm an idiot. I tried Tyler's weird shopkeeper kill without practicing and without using a rope. Do you have to use the rope to get him far enough left?

Yeah I should have just killed him the way I always do. I always get bored with Spelunky and start taking risks to make it more exciting, but then I lose lol

 
Oh man, that daily challenge agony.  I was doing just fine, started having a great run in the black market and then cocked it up by not being cautious enough when the shopkeeps berserked.  Then died to a rock ricocheting onto my face from my own bomb blast, lol.  I'm eager to see everyone's replays; this is a great feature.       :D

Also, thanks Munky for giving me the best laugh of my day.  And congrats Tyler on Big Money!

 
You guys don't use that shopkeeper trick? I've been using it since forever.  Although the 3 pros that stole from the shopkeeper all did way worse than the other pros (not sure if sophrosync robbed, haven't watched that replay yet).  Stotch didn't steal either.

I use the jump in the arc towards him and whip him as you come down on him. Then pick up his shotty and kill him. Risky, but I like playing risky lol

For the most part I quit smoking, but work keeps pulling me back in. I don't smoke at home at all so if it wasn't for work it wouldn't be a problem. Good luck.

I might get Lego Marvel and TR DE for the PS4 and a few Blu Rays (Captain Phillips for $7, saw the original Indiana Joneses and Lego Movie were $4 each).  Probably hold off on Mordor and Evil Within since I don't see me investing the time into those right now.

I typically don't like to steal until the Black Market, since that's the big payoff. Doing so beforehand can certainly make getting through the first 5-6 levels easier, but I prefer not having to deal with angry shopkeepers until it's Ankh-stealing time. Although I may start rethinking that policy for the daily challenge, especially if there's a really good shop loadout (ie, jetpack)

EDIT: Tyler your ghost panic death gave me my second best laugh of the day. Bravo sir, bravo.

Rope is essential. Going up the rope with an item makes him come all the way out. As you come out of the Shop hold out and up at the same time to make sure you go up the rope.

This Five Nights at Freddy game is mad gay. I don't even see the strategy from these people streaming it on twitch. They're just clicking everything in order.

 
I need to charge my Vita and I don't have faith that I'll be in the top 700 so I'm going to stream my Spelunky run right now on PS4 then practice a little since it's been awhile. Tomorrow I'll try to do it close to the update time to avoid this problem.

Well, my first full day off since before I started working 2 jobs. It's nice to only have one job again, gives me more opportunities for overtime and double time.

I plan on gaming all day if I can. Well, starting from whenever I wake up, since I'm going to bed now.
