Bullshit. Trials is awesome, but I don't like the "trick" part of Trials Fusion. If they'd skipped that it would be the best yet. I hate when I get to one of the trick courses….

TWD and TWAU should be easy. GoW1 and 2 both have missables trophies so just be careful on the guide aspect of that. Only 1 playthrough required (plus some post-game content) as long as you don't miss anything. I played 2 recently and it was fairly fun despite that component, and it was quite a bit better than I remember 1 being.

Yeah I have family in Battleground WA and they freak out over snow falling at all, whether it sticks to the ground or not. It takes a massive blizzard to shut down Salt Lake (though I wish it took less because people drive like fucking morons) and I'm sure our buddies up north it takes even more.

Oh I already know that it'll probably be terrible. Doesn't change the fact that I have to see it with friends who we've been quoting the old lines for 20 years. Well also be smoking, so I'm sure we'll get some laughs

I keep hoping to no avail that they'll have a $10 PS4 game I want (preferably Black Flag) so that I have another option to go along with Injustice and First Light when I get my PS4. There's still time, though.

Do those that have played both, will there be any harm in playing First Light before Second Son?

Should I just get the Playstation Eye Camera and stream through the PS4? I won't get to have a cool overlay on my Twitch stream but it seems like a waste to get it just for that.

Thanks for mentioning this. I didn't realize the HD 60 didn't include the cord that hooks the HDMI port up to the AV port on the PS3 like the older version does.

I probably would have bought this newer version on Black Friday (assuming it goes on sale) and then been super pissed and have to return it. I'll just keep looking out for a deal on the older one.

 
Guacamelee definitely doesn't have the same fun factor the second time around. All the old areas are so boring because I've already done them. And the new areas are just annoying as fuck.

If she wants to be excluded from a man putting hands on her, then she should have the same respect for him in my opinion.

I'd never throw the first blow at a woman, but there are cases where I think the whole "man shouldn't hit woman" thing should be thrown out the window. No way I'm going to just take a beating because it's what society thinks we're supposed to do. Always defend yourself.

Yeah, it's bullshit--it's considered fine to defend yourself from a guy, why not from a woman? Even if a woman is the same size people act like gender is the important part. People are stupid. If a woman or man attacked me I'd defend myself. Granted restraint is appropriate; many of these videos have somebody get hit a few times and then the person snaps and just beats the shit out of the assaulter. You need to know when to stop. But don't put up with that nonsense.

Why do you need the camera to stream from the PS4? Can you overlay a picture of yourself when streaming from the 4 with the camera like Ninja does on PC? I knew you could do the playroom nonsense with it still on Ustream, but I thought that was really all it was good for.

Trials sucks. It's one thing in Spelunky when you do the same shit over and over and over until you perfect it because the landscapes, items, everything changes.

Trials is doing the exact same jump over and over and over and battling with the physics of the bike and accelerator. I may have come around on Spelunky but I guarantee you I never come around on Trials. It's the absolute worst.

We used to have one of those stores near me. Maybe it still exists I don't know, I haven't been to Bluemound Road since the old BestBuy trade ins were abused and I got banned.

Sounds like you've already decided not to go for this, but as Crunchewy said, it's only HDMI that can't be streamed. You can use component cables though, which are like $5 (I think one of the models actually includes them) so it's not a huge issue just one to be aware of.

And to be clear, you really don't need the 60. You aren't going to be streaming in 1080p (it's inadvisable as a lot of people don't have internet fast enough to watch a 1080p live stream) or 60fps, so the basic game capture HD would work just as well and costs less (also I just checked and it does include a PS3 component cable). The only real benefit to the 60 is if you were going to record gameplay to upload to somewhere like youtube and wanted it to be the absolute highest quality.

If you have the PS4 camera you can set it up to overlay a video in the upper right corner of the stream.

Just play legit. My buddies and i made it to round 125 or something and then just quit cuz we were bored.

I made it to 75 with one buddy just us two players.

Just have fun and don't glitch to make it easy, that's a lame way to do it. It is actually fun and you don't have to do much of it.

Im like the only guy I know running the full zombie class now in multiplayer cuz you get it after you get all the survivor trophies.

I liked one of the new areas, I thought it was challenging. The other new area was lame though.

This was basically my 3rd playthrough, since when I got the DLC on PS3 I somehow lost my save file and had to play through a big portion of the game to get to the place where the DLC unlocks. And yeah, this 3rd playthrough was kinda dull at times.

Yeah streaming on PS4 is WAY less of a hassle. I just wanted to get an El Gato so I could stream PS3 stuff which would hopefully help encourage me to keep playing through my PS3 backlog.

I hope you give it another try later on, as I thought it felt really good to play multiple times. I don't think the controls really clicked for me until Ch. 7 or so on my first run.

The only problem for us is that it doesn't help my kids even with uploading to YouTube, let alone streaming. Sub accounts are not allowed even to upload to YouTube. I think that's kind of lame. So we could either buy PS+ for them too and pay 3xPS+ every year, or we could get an Elgato and not only is it a one time fee, but it works with other consoles too, then just keep PS+ for myself. So I'm looking for deals on an Elgato for Xmas.
