I must work near one of those legendary "good" Subways, because I just had probably the best meatball sub of my life for lunch today.
Have you had one from Firehouse?

The one near where I work is pretty good. Love the meatball subs and Italian BMTs. Tried Jimmy Johns for the second or third time this week and I definitely prefer Subway. Every time I order Jimmy Johns its mostly bread.
The meatball is the only serviceable sandwich from Subway. Id much prefer Firehouse if I wanted a meatball, but if I go there it is brisket or bust. The Italian BMT has promise but it suffers from the only bread thing way worse than any Jimmy John's sandwich I have ever seen.

You're ordering wrong.

Get the #9.
^Truth, or more specifically, the Gator special. #9 No mayo, add hot peppers.

Will try next time. Last time I got the BLT and it sucked.
I will be shocked if you think that one is all bread.

Have you had one from Firehouse?
Yes, I had a 6-inch (I think that's what it was--whatever the smaller size is) nearly a year ago, and I remember enjoying it very much. However, I also remember that it was pretty expensive, and like I said, it's too far for me to visit during my lunch break.

Sorry about that Gator I haven't been online in awhile, since I'm still on ps3 and nobody else is playing ps3 games. I'll be on after I eat, if you want to knock that out today.
No worries, I seriously did not know if you even got the message. The messages on PS4 are a crap shoot. As far as the game, yeah, we can do that if you would like.

I've always tried Smash, just never got into it. I guess this is part of the reason the wavebirds have held their value for so long. I should get to finishing Wind Waker so I could sell my last one off.
I could not believe it when my wife got a wave bird at goodwill last week for $4.

IGN commentors are so fucking stupid. IGN put up a review-in-progress (without a score) for Far Cry 4 since they haven't had a chance to play the competitive multiplayer yet. All the commentors are bitching that it's a review in progress and they should just wait and put up the full review in a few days.

How is that beneficial to anyone? The writer did a full write up of the single player campaign and had it ready to go for the review embargo. Why would readers not want this info as soon as it can be published? How is it hurting anyone for them to publish a portion of a review and not all of it? Why would they want the full review to be withheld?

They're all just crying cuz there is no score at the bottom for them to bicker about and they may actually have to read something. What a bunch of fucking idiots.

For that matter, I say they can go ahead and call the review score there. Far Cry is primarily a single player experience. It's always puzzled me when reviewers score down for tacked on competitive multiplayer to the point that a game would have a lower score for including MORE content. I mean, if I gave you the best ice cream sundae you've ever tasted and a slightly stale brownie on the side. does the inclusion of the brownie detract from the awesomeness of the sundae?

I just can not bring myself to go to places like we were talking about earlier this morning anymore.  The pricing there is essentially the same for a meal as I paid at lunch when I went here.

There are just way too many small restaurants like that with much better flavors for their food.  Most of the chains have to make food for the average person's tastes.  I used to be happy with that stuff since it was usually cheap.  Now I know I would rather pay more and get something I truly enjoy if I go out.  That is why Firehouse pricing doesn't bother me compared to Subway.  I wish Jimmy Johns was closer to work so I could get a tasty cheap fast sandwich, unfortunately, it isn't.

I couldn't believe what I paid for 2 used Wavebird controllers 7 years ago when I got a cheap used Gamecube. I also wasted money on those component cables. I ended up only playing Ocarina of Time and Eternal Darkness.

Yeah, it's outlandish but there's more to it. At the end of the article they briefly mention a law about divorced couples having to contribute to their children's education, at least in New Jersey. Still fucked up to sue your parents, but yeah.

The real problem is FAFSA's bullshit requirement that anyone under 25 still supply information about their parents' finances regardless of the "real life" status of the relationship. I'm sure it prevents a lot of people from accessing needed financial aid. If your parents refuse to pay what it says they should, then what? There are exceptions (joining military, having a kid etc), but most won't meet those conditions. Honestly, just let people claim no support if they're truly living on their own. I know I'm slightly oversimplifying a complex issue, but it seems like a good place to start. I will say, though...she definitely needs to be at a cheaper school. Surprised the judge didn't put a cap on it.

I remember getting those Metroid\Wavebird bundles at K-mart back in the day on the cheap. I think they were like $20 or something like that. Prices have subsided a bit but I think I got around $70-$80 for the last one I sold on ebay a little while back. Kind of crazy. I do love making more than I spent on something as I'm sure most of you.

Holy crap. Does it work?
Yes it does.

Back in the day, Gamestop had all wireless Gamecube controllers in the same sku and they were all $17. Somehow the local store still had 3 used wavebirds in perfect shape for that price. I bought them all when they had a B2G1 sale on used stuff. I thought that was an amazing deal until she brought that one home.

Yes

Fafsas rules fucked me up

My mom kicked me out when I was 18
I didn't want to go live with my husband (then boyfriend yet), so I decided to move in with my father. BIG MISTAKE (in ways I won't get into). But imagine my surprise when FAFSA told me my dad was loaded and so they were cutting off my aid. I had no idea he had money anywhere. And it didn't change the fact that my dad wouldn't pay for shit. So hence I got my aid cut off and stopped going to school, even though I moved in with my husband like 4 months later and hence income changed, they wouldn't let me revise or change the app :/

That Snickers Gameday? I've won 6 so far.
Ya.

I've won like 5, and then my mom enters and gives me her wins. She's trying to win an xbox lol.

Jkam, I'll send you the stuff later
Like I said earlier, that guy scamming me pissed me off so if rather they go to someone I know then risked getting scammed again. What sucks is I was selling them for like $2 amazon giftcard only each and I even told the guy the only reason I wanted Amazon is because I would use it for baby stuff. Friggen asshole >:/

When I'm eating lunch by myself , I deliberate avoid anything chain. (Subways, JJ's, etc) There's so many local places around here that provide such better quality.
If you don't mind the wait, and description of the origins of your meal.
Going to subway or jimmy johns is for when Im with the family and no one wants to wait.

No idea why anyone would go to a chain restaurant for dinner. (Chili's, TGIF, Applebee's , etc, ec) That's something my Mom does because she doesnt want to be confused by the menu and is afraid of spices.

Wish I saw that hastings bit earlier in the day, pretty much everything is out of stock. Always been semi-interested in checking out Neverdead (its not on PSN) and it's $5 and in stock. Anyone play it?

Even after all the sub talk and having a Jimmy Johns delivery guy follow me halfway there I ended up at Qdoba. Still kinda mad they raised the prices since I don't even like their guac. Oh well. The burrito is good.

Why, do you use xbox?

Everytime I ask you never say anything!!!!'n
Yeah, in particular I'd like to to add time to my kids' subs - they still like to play Transformers Fall of Cybertron. It was reasonable when they had a family plan, but they dumped that as a way to try to push everyone to the Xbox One (I guess).

Since it's slow in here and to break up all the food talk, here's a video from a local band called Hardcore Crayons.  A dude from the band my buddy is in is also in the video.  It's pretty good and it's pretty entertaining.  Friday and stuff.

We already knew the trophy list, but PSNP has Far Cry 4's page up now. It's nice that the "multiplayer" trophies don't look difficult or time-consuming--a vehicle takedown from the passenger seat in Co-op and finishing one match of each game type in the multiplayer mode.

Anyone know if the keys to kyrat thing in FC4 (sending out 10 invites for 1 or 2 hours of co-op) is cross platform?  Can I send an invite from my PS4 copy to people on PS3?  Or is it only PS4 to PS4 and PS3 to PS3?  And do they need PS+?  I know I do but not clear to me if they need it.
