fuck you Ugly Pete.  Knocked unconscious by two different shopkeepers and somehow survived both encounters.

The one time I decide to steal and the very next level has the shopkeeper in that little alcove area that is a pain in the ass.  fucking god damn game.

I'm about to pass eldergamer in TT, but every time I get within a handful of points the trophies in Rogue become worth less.  :wall: That's what I get for playing a brand new popular game.

 
Yes, everyone who likes arcade racers should buy Burnout and shame on you for not playing one of the most fun PS3 games ever released.

Also I forgot one of the best parts of the game is the support for custom soundtracks.  I loved listening to Metallica and other heavy metal/rock music while wrecking cars.

I was supposed to be the one that defeated Yama in this damn tournament. :( At least I assume Soph did - I didn't get a chance to watch the replay.
 
Cancelled gamefly yesterday, they send senran kagura versus after, and then send me a rejoin for $1 email this morning. At least now I don't have to worry about getting the game, and sending it back, before the 7 day limit for the charge.

P.S. if there's a tie after 7 days for 1st place in either division, we have a 1 day playoff among the tied players only in order to break the tie. In the unlikely event that the tied players end up tied again (same score in the run), repeat.

I think I'm going to delete Burnout and redownload, but I don't know how to stop it from downloading Time Savers. It's all part of the bundle. I guess I can hope that it downloads it first and then I'll have time to delete it before the game is finished? Or is there a way to delete this particular item after the fact, and then wipe my save? I looked around and couldn't find any way to do that. Like somebody said to delete the patch. Where do you find patches (and maybe DLC) in order to delete them?

 
Novice division stragglers: Blue Arcana, Eldergamer, Kameleon, laundrymatt and munkywawa. At least from what I saw this morning. but I was in a hurry so if you did your run it's probably there and I just missed it.

I am not really sure why you care if it downloads. It sounds like if you play all the events they would have unlocked anyway. You just have more choices for cars to play with. You could just always avoid the cars that were not supposed to be unlocked if it bothers you.

Somebody said that it takes lots of the fun out. But, yeah, I may end up just keeping it. There's still trophies for beating rivals and such.

 
I don't understand... is there a reason not to have everything installed on Burnout from the get go?

EDIT: Nevermind; I guess time savers unlocks everything for you instead of having to earn it.

If you delete everything, you can re download each piece I dividually via your download list with in web or tryout PS3. That's what I did. Just took the DLC I wanted, which was all but the Time Savers pack because I'm not a cheating cheater like you.
 
Didn't someone in here say that the new Adventure Time was like Zelda 2? Tyler maybe? I just watcha trailer for it and its nothing like Zelda 2. Lnk to the Past, yes. But not Zelda 2.

Only issue is Time Savers, which auto-unlocks all the cars (I think from the base game only). Part of the game is taking out rivals to get their cars. So you lose that bit if you install Time Savers. BUT there are trophies for taking out the rivals so maybe it doesn't matter.

My take is that it lowers the challenge a bit because you have all the cars unlocked at the start with the Time Savers pack. To get all the trophies you have to do what you would have done to unlock them all anyway.

I believe it was described as AT with a Zelda skin, without mentioning the number "2".

 
P.S. Zimm - I think you sent me a game invite or something last night, but it went away before I had a chance to figure out how to respond to it. Also I don't have a mic for PS3 (unless the PS4 pack-in one works with it too - does it)?

No, there is no audio jack like that on PS3 controllers.

ETA: You could use party chat on the Vita or PS4 though.

Backlog, I just realized yesterday that Dan Uggla gets a World Series ring because of the whole 4 games he played for the GIants. Plus he gets to sit home next year and collect $13 million from the Braves.
