It is funny how southern accents stick out more to me now. Where I grew up everyone sounded like that. After so many years in Atlanta where people with southern accents are not all that common, when I hear someone with one it stands out more. I am sure mine catches a lot of people off guard here.
Wait. Are they using the old school live actors for the non human characters? Or is the CGI that good now? What I hated about the newer Star Wars was that the CGI non human characters seemed out of place.
Did you uncover the truth video in AC 2? I was intrigued and wanted it to be something they continued in future games and reveal exactly what happened, but of course they didn't. Kinda disappointed by that.

If anyone else has that DLC we will be doing it tomorrow night I think. The rest of you can do the regular challenges as the less people you have the better for those. Goes faster. But its still fun if you dont care and want to have a ton of people doing it.

That was awesome, one of my favorite parts of the game for sure. I went from intrigued to hooked on the present day story with that shit. The method of reveal kept building my anticipation up. It ended up being the highlight of the game right up there with..
You always post about whatever game you're currently playing, but you never say the names of the games. It's mildly annoying. Possibly 2.5 Therms.After 3.5 hours of incremental inching and failing and restarting from saves....I got Saintly which is the rank below God rank...
Thankfully I just missed the target by a little bit so I was able to restart from a manual save just before the boss, have him damage me to one heart at the start of the fight (your combat score for combos is multiplied inverse to the amount of hearts you have left) and beat the boss without taking any more damage while focusing more on combos and that boosted my score enough. 3 of 11.

no shit, in unity the 'present day' has been about 1-2 minutes of video chat with a 'hacker' and brief voice overs (from the same hacker) in the simulation. oh and I guess the weird ass helix rift video game stuff where you hop from building to building collecting colored tokens for points although that's still simulation I guess (and yes, I'm not making that up).

Popped just like it should for me. Thanks for talking me off the ledge about that yesterday so I didn't go back and re-do a day and a half.

I actually dig minor league hockey. When my wife and I were dating and living in Green Bay, we used to go see the Green Bay Gamblers play all the time. Nice cheap seats. Could get on the glass easy enough. Got to park in the Lambeau Field parking lot to go to the arena. Good times. A few players actually made it to the NHL too.
sadly I wasn't able to get in on the glitch day so I did it legit. it is tough, especially since (like every other game) there are some jags that make it their life's mission to beat
ing everyone every single day. the real problem though is the tiny vita userbase - since it's what, like top 1% or something for the diamond cup? the average when I was playing was 400-500 people meaning you had to be in the top 4-5, and the time differences were measured in hundredths of a second. people also push up until the last second so if you're in 5th out of 500 with 2 minutes to go you'll probably be knocked down to 6th or 7th before it's over. I think the day I won had slightly more people (600-700) and I was in 6th or 7th, so just barely got it.
