If I found used tampons in my kitchen garbage I would be furious! Especially right after I just took the trash out, in a brand new bag!

Anybody else finished Tales of the Borderlands Episode 1? It was good, but I think The Wolf Among Us is the best written out of TWD and this, so far.

Basically its like DMC, except instead of throwing several weak enemies at you, you never face more than 2 enemies at a time in arenas peppered through out the levels, but they are smart, tough, and will work together. There are several different enemy types, each with a unique skill, but they all use 1 of the 3 weapons.

For instance the human sized martyrs when wielding the shield weapon veil can sprint at you with the shield up and knock you down. When a golem uses veil it can slam the shield into the ground and damage you if your feet are touching the ground. Some of the enemies types are relatively helpless once you steal their weapons (they then attack with their fists), but some like the corrupted become more dangerous once you steal their weapon as now they can create an explosion of dark energy around themselves when they jump into the air and slam their fist down into the ground.

Among the weapons there is a rock paper scissors system. Each weapon is strong against one weapon and weak against another weapon. It is very difficult to cause an enemy to flinch when attacking with a weapon that is weak to the weapon they are holding. If you string enough blows against an enemy in a certain span of time, they will be knocked out for 20 seconds and you can take their weapon (and it will replace the weapon that was in your hand). When an enemy dies another will spawn in to take its place, this usually happens 2-6 more times until you can leave the arena. On hard difficulty, the game often spawns an enemy holding the weapon that you are weak against.

On normal difficulty, most melee strikes will stun enemies and cause them to flinch so that you can continue your combo. But on hard difficulty the only time an enemy will flinch is when you strike them right after they whiff an attack or you press guard just before their attack hits you. If they don't flinch, they will just strike you as you attempt to combo them and you will quickly die. So staying alive is all about dodging attacks and looking for openings in which you can combo an enemy enough times to knock them out and steal their weapon while avoiding or blocking the interference of their partner.

 
I think this is the first time I haven't found a single thing I want on the Thanksgiving Amazon holiday calender for video discs or video games.

So for $360, ended up with a PS4, inFamous and TR Definitive (I'll probably return Watch Dogs). Didn't even have to deal with stupid people to get it. Made out pretty good in my opinion.

People are idiots in general, but they go full retard when it comes to gas. A gas station over here used to regularly lower their gas .10¢ once a week and the line would be 30 deep. fucking morons.

Just asked my husband why we don't have a trash can in the bathroom, that people want to know and he says when people come over that they're going to throw their dirty ass toilet paper in the trash can. I asked him if he thought we lived in Mexico and yeah......

No I can def stay mad at stotch.

I love how I get called out for this when Stotch's comments are 10x worse, but somehow flying under the radar cuz the stotch fanboys are letting them slide.

I haven't seen them but it's probably Corgi part 3.

Well, damn, part of I-45 near me apparently just collapsed where they're putting in a new thruway.  

12:45 a.m.

I-45 southbound, just south of the Hardy Toll Road – Partial freeway collapse – one lane closed – multiple vehicles with flat tires
