The gates spawn with the mobs, so if you just run willy nilly through gates you'll start to run out fairly early on. So the goal is to conserve gates for when you either:
- need to defend yourself from greens/pink diamonds/little orange
- have a big group herded up
- have two gates close together where you might run into the edge of one if you're in a hurry

Yellow gates are freebies since they vanish, just use them whenever you feel like it.

I have a video uploading now where I was experimenting with it if anyone wants to watch. You'll notice that I get to a point where I'm waiting for enemies. I still blow it though.

Yeah I try to conserve them. I just always choke when ever I rush for the yellow ones and die.

A larger MTU brings greater efficiency because each network packet carries more user data while protocol overheads, such as headers or underlying per-packet delays, remain fixed; the resulting higher efficiency means an improvement in bulk protocol throughput. A larger MTU also means processing of fewer packets for the same amount of data. In some systems, per-packet-processing can be a critical performance limitation.

That last bit might apply to streaming, but I wouldnt think a decrease of 30 in MTU would affect (effect?) it.

Yes he can be good when he's not cheating or deliberately trying to injure someone. If he was on my team, I'd want him & his antics gone. When his selfishness can cost his team a playoff game, I don't want you. Granted I think the Lions would lose to the Cowboys anyway, him being absent is not gonna help their case one bit.

My Target has never really panned out for me on any of these clearance items. If I am near it I will take a look but I can't recall ever really scoring anything there except Nascar 2014 (or whatever version it was) which I flipped to Best Buy. It wasn't a clearance item though.

Target, along with best buy, are literally a 3 min drive from my house.

Yeah I enjoy the co op aspect of the game the most. I have pretty much stopped playing crucible. It was fun for a month or so but got old fast. I will say I play way too much of the game so I do like it but it certainly could have been much better. As mpaullin said the story is crap. Hopefully they bother to include a decent story in Destiny 2.

They included a story in the first one, you just have to go to a website and read it.

 
Kind of wish I had known about the Target clearance as I just came from Gamestop, which is nearby. Since it was the last day of the Kongregate coupon (someone on the forums gave me after failing to startup the game on my Kindle), I went and used it on a copy of Persona 4 Golden.
 
Sorry about not accepting your friend request sooner Cleaner. I hadn't noticed it on the PSTV since I rarely use it. Oddly enough, it didn't show up on the PS3 for some reason.

The only PS4 game I've played so far is Resogun. No sense listing those. Obviously I had trouble deciding on the top 5 games I played for PS3. Nice thing about being so far behind on gaming is that I can play lots of fantastic games and my PS3 gaming in 2014 reflects that.

Glad I already got the black ones for cheaper, since I prefer those. Too lazy to go the store relatively near me to buy the 2 pairs it has just to flip them like Vig.

Before you ask: No Tyler, I won't go get the whites and ship them to you so you can upgrade from the blacks.

 
That Lego brick finder site Owl linked above has the best setup for an inventory checking page I have ever seen.  Definitely going to have to bookmark that one.  Since my oldest is so into Lego sets and getting more expensive tastes by the day, it should come in pretty handy.

There is 1 in stock near where my wife used to live. Not sure it is worth a trip tomorrow after work. I would much rather have the black headphones. If they are still in stock tomorrow I will have to think about it. Probably not worth the gas and time though.

Beat me to it. I was gonna say, the game has a story you just have to go to the website and find the encyclopedia and read the tiny text on the backs of random cards ;) I had lots of fun in the 3 weeks I played Destiny, the shooting mechanics were great. I just couldn't get a clan on ps3, and ill wait for goty and no one is playing to try and finish the plat :) I couldn't find a total hours listed but I added up the raid/strike/patrol/story hours and got 65 hours put in.

Which one did you get? I think my kid got 4 pretty large ones from various family members for Giftmas and he has already built all of them. Luckily my wife got a couple of them from the local Lego Outlet store. They have some deals on crushed box ones. Even then one of them was like $80.

Has anyone wondered or do they know what happened to the supposed PS4 version of The Vanishing of Ethan Carter?  That game looked pretty and got pretty good reviews for PC.

 
I'm on vacation home with the family and all I want to do is be at work so I can run around at lunch to take advantage of all these stupid deals. Vita games 50% off? White golds? $5 kongregate coupon? Cheap awesome tablets?

It's cool, at least I got to wrestle with the dmv and get tags for my daughter's car. Oh and catch up on bills. KILLING IT OVER HERE GUYS.
