" The Legend of Zelda could be a tough video game property to adapt to TV. Among other traditions that make for what fans look for in “core” Zelda games, series protagonist Link is silent, never speaking aside from the often-criticized animated series and a couple of better-left-forgotten 3DO games. "
The 3DO games were so forgotten, even I don't know what they are!
I really don't know how this will turn out, but it will be interesting to see how they'll pull it off. I think it'll be pretty decent since Netflix knows how to do their shows, and I'm sure Link not saying much won't turn out to be too much of a problem (they could just have him go around and have Navi or someone talk and basically assess his inner thoughts perhaps).
No they arent. Iwata debunked this when asked about it.
Its amazing how many people buy into internet rumor and believe it to be real when there was no announcement or anything from an official source
Its one thing for the wsj to post it because they dont know shit about games and they ran with something they didnt know jack about. But for gamers to believe? Come on were supposed to know more about our medium and not just buy into any dumb story with no facts in it.
