Is there any particular class in Rogue Legacy that is the best for boss fights? I've only beat the eye and Alex but so for I prefer the upgraded shinobi (hokage, right?)
The Barbarian can be good if you find yourself getting hit more often than you'd like, but for specific bosses, I found that a Hokage/Barbarian with Dwarfism was good against Ponce (The Maya's boss) since you can bob-and-weave through the fireballs he suspends in midair.

Dying Light guys, are you actually playing the game together? Or are you guys just trying to get together for a couple trophies? Because if it's the latter, it's taking you an embarrassingly long time to get it all together.
It's the latter, and believe me, we know. This wouldn't be happening if Derek, Pancakes, and Keeper didn't keep experiencing sudden disconnections during our co-op session two weeks ago.

Yeah, Hokage with either Dwarfism or Gigantism tended to be my preference, depending on if I wanted higher mobility or greater range. The Gigantism version is what I beat the game with IIRC.

I've started getting daily headaches for the past week. Am I dying? I haven't had more than a few headaches a year for a long time. I'm probably dying. Any cheap caskets at bby? I have credit there.

Just the one kid or multiples? whats plans for custody? hows that work if joint?

Just questions I have about divorce in general.
One kid. Florida is a time sharing state so there is not technically a custodial parent unless one parent says they dont want anywhere near 50% and the it has to be writing bla bla bla. Or your a degenerate/certifiable and the other parent can prove it. Basically we have to both come to an agreement (parenting plan) on all dates and how we will split the time sharing. Down to every date and holiday etc. Every detail should be covered. And apparently you can split time pretty much anyway you can both agree. Some parents even have their kid(s) move between each house every other day! I have no idea what we will do yet but probably something more sane like every other week or two weeks on two weeks off or something like that. I want it to be as close to 50/50 as I can get it.

2 months away? You started the process almost a month ago right? Is that a normal time frame? It seems like an awfully long time.
Yeah its been about a month since it started. But every step requires time to be given to the parties to formulate a response etc. And come up with financials and other docs like the parenting plan above. In this case, the wife gets 20 days from today to respond to the petition because she was served 20 days ago or something and you have a waiting period before her 20 days to respond time comes up.

Also, the court date could just be the date we come to an agreement and end it. We can have mediation in the mean time and agree to everything so that the April date will just be the end. Or we will be arguing and have to have the judge step in. That would be where "first conference" would come in. I am hoping April will be the end of it. We shall see though...

all that just sucks. As far as where you and the ex will live, you gonna try and make it close? What if you live in different school districts? Who picks where the kid goes to school? That would suck figuring that out.

You've played Amy a lot for the past week. I also have finally toppled the might Chewy (for now) in pinball.

One of these is the answer.

But I'd just drink some booze.

you have to figure it out. Its tough. Those are the things you can wind up arguing about. She is in one of the best schools in Florida right now. So we won't move her. And we will both be living close anyway so that won't matter for us.

You are getting Amy's psychic powers and it is causing the headaches.
It is actually entirely possible that Amy is having a physical effect on me again. That strobe light flashlight, awful frame rate and nutty camera could do it.

But I can't stop now, I only have two full chapters left and the end boss which will undoubtedly be the cheapest most frustrating crap ever.

Anybody actually watch that You're Next movie? I thought it was awesome.

I thought CAG 43.2 would automatically shrink it--didn't realize until the post was up how much it stretched the page, so I changed it.

And do you seriously not know what the gif is from?

I remember trying it but cant remember what happened. I think I had to run so didnt try it very long. Dont you have to do the entire game in one run though?

EDIT: I guess you dont need to do it in one run. Normal mode isnt that bad if your not going for all kittens and apparently beating the game first and going back to get the kittens is easier since you have more upgrades. At least thats what Tyler and Paul are saying.

You keep saying this, but my one disconnect came after pancakes already gave up trying. I stopped bothering with it at that point cause nobody could figure out a time for us all to play. Tyler pretty much summed it up.

Sorry, my memory of that session is pretty hazy. I didn't keep track of the number of disconnects.

attn pharm...football talk:

McCarthy is giving up playcalling duties.  Hopefully now he has more room in his noggin for sound game decisions.  And hopefully the new play caller isn't a scared scardy cat.

I put the over/under on how many games that lasts at 3. I take the under.

Omg yay! Unskippable credits!!!

And also, I'm pretty sure the story for this game is shorter than Festival of Blood. It might beat it out, but not by much.
