What the fuck is this nonsense.

Supposedly we won't get keys until the game is out of early access, despite what the dev said, and the "keys" that were sent to Groupees weren't Steam keys. It's expected to be out of early access in November..
Even better is the thread they locked where the Groupees account posts and is like, "uh, we haven't heard from you."

int purchase_count.

int sale_price.

If (sale_price < 75% off for something you will backlog and will not play ASAP)

{

purchase_count = 0

}
How about:

int purchaseCount = 0;

double salePrice = getSalePrice(game);

if (salePrice < 0.25 * fullPrice && game == wishlisted)

{

buyGame(game);

purchaseCount++;

}

else

{

buyNothing();

complainOnCAG();

}

How about:

int purchaseCount = 0;

double salePrice = getSalePrice(game);

//MysterD Version of Buying

if (game == playASAP)

{

buyGame(game);

purchaseCount++;

}

if (game != playASAP)

{

if (salePrice < 0.75 * fullPrice && game == backlogWorthy)

{

buyGame(game);

purchaseCount++;

}

else

{

buyNothing();

complainOnCAG();

}
FTFM.

M = MysterD.

Fixed That For MysterD.

You can go with your 25% off, but screw that - if I backlog, 75% off or better.

If I'm impatient for a game, just run buyGame(game) & increment purchaseCount.

Also, would it be easier to have the increment purchaseCount happen in the buyGame(game) module?

You changed it from 75% off to 25% off, but other than that, not too bad.

Just saw this on Reddit. Fry's has extra PHYSICAL $9.95 game codes for Assassins Creed Unity and Far Cry 4. (These are from the Samsung SSD promo and the price was 19.99 before.)

If you have a Fry's in your area then just select in-store pickup. I just got my order confirmation.

Obviously, UPLAY but I think 9.95 is worth it. ACU is also available for shipping but that makes it $17 so I wouldn't buy at that price.

Far Cry 4

Got a little excited because I thought they were DIGITAL codes. Thanks though!

Dammit - I don't have any nearby Fry's.

I'd probably buy them both, if I did.

Thing w/ ACU is: my PC can't run it b/c it's below GPU requirement.

I don't think ACU will hit $10 soon, so - I would probably have to just sit on the title/code or buy a new GPU soon, if I could've gotten my hands on one of those codes + had a nearby Fry's.

Fry's - please open some out here in MA, dammit!

When I lived in fort worth the frys was so convenient, but in Seattle and atlanta they are a pain in the ass to get to. I guess I'm an entitled digital gamer 😱

I too have been debating Cities all day.  On one hand, it's a game I'll play right away.  22% off is nice.  Do I buy the Deluxe?  Maybe because I get an extra 2 bucks off that way... but still pay more.

But then the other side of me has Monster Hunter, Theatrhythm Curtain Call, Zelda, and Codename STEAM all sitting ready to play on my 3DS.....

So torn.

Does the 20% off at GMG not work on already VIP games?

Debating on Cities:Skylines
I was actually considering buying that at full price until I read this thread on their forum. Basically the bug is that there's no incentive to building a proper road network and that about broke the game for me since that's one of the key feature for me in a citybuilder. Considering also that it's paradox with their dlc monetization/patching system, I think I'll wait a year or 2 now. :D/

I have Wolfenstein, D3:UEE, CoD:AW, Majoras, Poke Alpha, Forza H2 on the "time to get completed" list....and a damn city builder is non ending and so time consuming.

My friend says it's great though
