This thread will attempt to provide a place to discuss past/present/future PC gaming deals. While mainly focusing on Steam games, any standout sales may also be presented. I will not be updating every Daily/Weekly/etc. sale. The tools to help individuals become a smarter shopper will be provided below.

In the attribute section it states these attributes contribute to the deflection defense. In two other sections it states no attributes affect the deflection defense. Well it can't be both now can it? Online sources seem to indicate that the attributes do contribute. fuck ing Prima.
 
A lot of game guides are based on work in progress builds of the games, so they often contain wrong information - maps get modified, textures get fixed, features are added or removed. Not to mention cheat codes.

These books go to print weeks before the game is actually out and finished.

To me boneless and bone in are just so completely different I would never consider one a substitute for the other. "Bone out" aren't even wings, just chicken breast nuggets. The way real wings fry up and soak up the sauce just can't be beat. I also like the mixture of textures between the white and dark meat.

I don't think I ever order boneless unless someone I'm with just hates bone in.

I freely admitted that the so called "boneless wings" aren't real wings. I just hate dark meat, it's so greasy and gross (ugh, boy am I setting myself up with that response).

That's well and good and I understand that, but how about some internal consistency. For fuck 's sake they manage to contradict themselves within the span of three paragraphs.

Oh, sure. My cousin's husband co-wrote the official guide for Saints Row the Third (he writes guides for a living I believe) so I understand all that. Prima guides just seemed to have an exceptionally low bar for "information".

As an exception: the Civilization II guide was pretty good.

Oh I already contacted Obsidian through the backer portal about problems with pledge rewards and Prima through their support. I expect precisely jack shit to happen but damn it's a piss poor editor that lets something like "talents are gained at the same rate (every even level)" and "a talent is first gained at level three, and further talents are gained every three levels thereafter" to be within two paragraphs of each other. Yes, those are exact quotes.

Now admittedly I smoke a lot of pot, but last time I checked when you gain something at every three levels it is not the same as every even level. Let's see 3= not even 6=even 9 =not even

I'm actually a little surprised half of us have the drive to chew our own food, given the energy we spend on CAGging.
 
Chicken wings are marketing genius.  They used to be the cheapest, even thrown away, part of a chicken.  Then some smartass sold the idea of making them special by chopping them in sections, dumping them in some sauce, AND CHARGING EXTRA for them!  It worked and has become a whole industry.  That's genius.  However, with that knowledge & as a CAG, I refuse to pay the premium.  But I will consume pounds of them if somebody else is buying.  With beer.   :beer:

There won't be for a while because the only way to get it on Steam is to buy it on Steam. If you get it elsewhere it's the crappy Rockstar Social Don't Know What the Hell they Are Doing DRM shit. Unlike EA and Ubi that actually got off their ass and made a pathetic Steam imitation Rockstar don't even have that yet. And they let Digital River run their direct download store so no thanks.

Can agree on dark meat, the flavor is the thing I really don't like about it. Luckily have an excuse to not in bone-in wings (or bone-in anything really) since technically not supposed to.

Even without, still like boneless wings for the popability compared to real wings.

Yeah, I was shopping at Target for Xbone games today for my younger brothers for Easter and I had a hard time finding anything decent they didn't already have that I wouldn't just let them play on my PC. Serious game drought right now.

I don't hate them, but I strongly prefer boneless. The sauce and grease just gets everywhere.

You should know by now that I'm the laziest human alive and there's no way I'd go to that much trouble for only $100 per card profit. Most of the time I can barely find the motivation to get up and go the bathroom. Driving 20 miles to get to my local MicroCenter is inconceivable.

still like the idea of the craplet/icraplet.  the real issue is the screen size needed for bathroom reading.

on topic- what pc games could we load and play while we unload?

they have already released versions of final fantasy games for tablets or would you rather something like Plants vs Zombies?

I don't about the games but I decided that icraplet doesn't work for an apple product. It should just be shortened to something that's quick and to the point.
