I've gotten three spambot invites over the past day or so. I'm guessing the spammers are starting to bring those older accounts out of retirement to get as many people trapped before they get shut down.

Last time I had an AMD card, some games were a bit glitchy on the framerates. About a year ago I considered an R 290 or 280X but I talked to someone that had a 290 and said he had issues with the drivers. I switched from an AMD 6950 to a GTX770 and am not looking back.

#NvidiaMasterRace....maybe.

Its probably gone, it allowed me to enter my e-mail, but some of them that were already claimed also had that option, so maybe I missed that that there was already an email in my rush to claim it.

What GeForce card is the AMD 7870 approx. equivalent to?

And what settings did you have these things at?

SSAO? AA? Shadows? Reflections? Motion Blur? Framelock?

Were you running 1080p30fps? or 1080p60fps?

amd 7870 approx equ= gtx 660

 
So I thought my job blocked CAG apparently not so after looking at performance sites for GTA V it seems like it is the new Crysis to get your computer to run it at Ultra settings. Almost want to fakeybro it to see how my pc handles it almost.

alot of the pc performance hardware/software website, already did the testing with their benchmarks. i doubt you have as much range/variety in pc hardware, or a better pc than they have.

Everyone knows you can have any identical system with the same game and they play different on each system that is, "PC Gaming 101". I'm at work so I can't see your link but don't doubt my system it maybe be better thanks to T1 and Bruticis and everyone else in Tebow chat.

i know that, but these tests give you a good idea of what to expect. plus this is a good port to pc, even an r7 260 can run it at 30fps min. i doubt your pc runs a titan x as in the benchmark test from the review site i provided tho.

Also from experience gtaV can vary wildly in its framerates.  It really depends on your activity and surroundings.  Generally with everything maxed I would usually be at 55-70fps (i7-2600k + 970). However once I started driving the framerates go up and down alot depending on scenery and amount of population/cars that I would see drops down to 30-45.  After a bit of tweaking I now get 75-120 non-driving and 60-75 in most driving cases.

Most of the things I turned down you can barely even notice a difference as well

Borderlands: TPS Season Pass is $9.89 at Gamestop. Not sure if it's been cheaper south of the equator since ITAD seems to have blacklisted the non-Mac entries (I guess since they are restricted to add to cart?).
