I'm so glad tonight's the last day of school. Got my final finished since it was take home. Now I just got to show up for a potluck and then I'm done for the summer. Tomorrow is going to be a trophy fest since school has cut back my trophy collecting.

I think I'm almost doing more mobile gaming lately. I just have less free time and it's quick and easy.

The daily log ins and character bonuses are what hook you in.

Just stopping by to let you guys know why I've been gone.  Been having some health issues that's putting me through a lot of pain and making me sick to my stomach.  It's been sapping my strength and making me pretty irritable so I thought it best to stay away for now.  I might be back later when I get this figured out and hopefully get back to a normal routine.  And thank you to everyone who contacted me to check in.

 
Final fantasy record keeper is the best mobile game I've ever played. It could be the nostalgia talking too. Only thing that's behind the paywall is gear. You can do really well without 5 star gear though, and there's plenty of winnable currency to use towards that gear. Characters are released in the regular stages, and through the special events. They've added a bunch of new stages once already, and there's a new set coming in the next few days sometime. Which I'm pumped for, since it's including 8 and 13. It's the first mobile I've played where I dont feel like I'm lagging behind cause I'm not paying for things.

I'll go ahead and expand on this. WHAT THE fuck HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Last month PS4 outsold X1 and WiiU combined, GAF leakers had it at about 340K for March.

Xbox One's April number is around 187K.

PS4 would have had to drop from 340K to less than 187K, almost a 50% decline month over month. What on earth could have caused that?

 
Who's Playing Plants vs Zombies GW? Anyone want to boost dlc or main game??

Don't sweat it, the fat on steak is delicious as long as its cooked correctly. It basically melts in your mouth rather than being a nasty crunchewy™ mess. Liking steak fat and mayo is actually the norm and for good reason, this thread has simply somehow become a mecca for culinary depravity.

With Bloodborne being an exclusive doesn't that skew its ranking? Hard to top games selling on 4 different platforms.

Fair enough. I'd think that with a souls game most people who are going to buy it will already have done so by this point. If an exclusive game could hold a spot in a top 10 list that would be ridiculously impressive.

Yeah, I was skeptical at first. Since I played all the bravest, and that had stages/main characters locked behind a paywall. They've really surprised me so far. Has me a little excited for the rest of the ones they're working on.

On a sqeenix note, trophy lists popped up for 4 chaos rings games on vita. Only one of them has a plat, oddly. Japanese so far, but I'm sure we're getting them all too.
 
One playthrough of Shovel Knight down, with the NG+, Don't Spend Gold, No Relics, and Speedrun trophies left for the plat. I was not expecting to get five music sheets in the last level; I only had one left that I missed in an earlier stage.

I really hope there'll be a Shovel Knight 2.

Looked over the last year:

Mario Kart was 2nd in May, 2nd in June, 5th in July before falling off

Last of Us was 1st in July, 4th in August

Smash Bros 3DS was 4th in September, 2nd in October

So it does happen. If Halo MCC had been better it would have been on this list too (Halo 5 will be unless 343 finds some way to fuck that up too).

To be fair all three of those games released late in the month so the 2nd month holdover kinda makes sense. Mario Karts numbers are especially impressive staying on the chart 3 months. And Bloodborne released on the 24th too which is quite near the end of the month.
