Tried to start Champion Pub on the Vita and it says there's a table update. I hit continue and it goes to the store and shows table pack 15. But I can't download it. The problem seems to be that I have the season 2 pass and it's showing table pack 15. I had to manually search for the season 2 pro pass and download the whole thing. So I'm doing that, but what a mess.

Eddie V's for dinner. What a fantastic place. Crab fried rice and another filet mignon oscar style.
Did you try the Pearl Jam? I hear it's a Ten!

Well Pure Hold 'em might be my biggest day 1 regret in awhile. The only way I can play an online game with my friend is to start a closed table and invite him. No way for us to play together with randoms. Even if we could it would just be endless hands. You can buy back in with no punishment. Super disappointing.

My PS3 Blu Ray lens is acting up again. Tried tilting the system, using the disc cleaner, and vacuuming the vents and it still won't read my games.

Searched online and found a place that fixes them. Went to them inside a "mall" (looks more like a service plaza) and the guy seemed pissed off and said I should buy a used PS3 at Gamestop instead of paying him to fix it for $110 which includes "the risk of losing your game saves".

Screw that.

Went to the closest Gamestop for suggestions and he recommended a place inside the actual mall (ironically close to another Gamestop). Went to them and they said it would be $130 and it could be done in 20 minutes .... after ordering the part. They said no hard drive data would be lost.

I'm thinking of doing that or sending it to a place in my old neighborhood (via mail) for $100 or so with the same "hard drive data protection". No way am I going to buy a used system and risk it failing quickly.

Decisions, decisions.
New 120gb slim for 160 - http://www.cowboom.com/product/1585702/

I think there's one as I added it to my cart and then it showed sold out. Removed it and it showed available for purchase.

So we found a gigantic mutant spider in the backyard tonight. (S)he was of course in the middle of a web that defied logic floating in the middle of nowhere. I don't know what's actually 'big', but I'd say it's about 1.5-2" long. What should I do? Tyler?

Just replace it yourself. Costs $30-40 for the replacement lens. It's a bit of a pain to do, but if you're at all comfortable with taking things apart you should be fine.
Looks way harder than changing out a SATA drive. Video I saw mentioned lots of screws and "carefully" taking the piece out of some tab or pin that looks like it can break off easily.

BTW Bravely Default is pretty amazing. Looks like I need to learn how to use the 3DS stuff, though, to build my town faster and whatever the hell the other social or whatever nonsense does.

burn down the entire neighborhood is basically your only option at this point.

Ugh. Co workers. No im not covering your break. Ask your partner in that department.
Fine. Ill cover your break and his break because you're incapable of watching your area by yourself

I didn't complete the Champion Pub wizard goals, though. Need win a cash fight and win the ultimate challenge. Latter seems real tough. I lost pretty quickly in that game.

Mild, I think you were right about GW3 being harder on PS4--I spent 3 straight hours today trying for the Retro trophy and couldn't get it, despite getting the same trophy on Vita within 2 hours. Then again, that could also be explained by most of my attempts having unlucky enemy waves.

This fallout shelter game is actually pretty damn cool.  It's amazing that they've made the millions they have from selling the lunchbox packs when they're so easy to get in the game by completing objectives.  A lot of these free-to-play games try to rope you into spending money by putting a brick wall in your path at some point that makes progressing normally slow down to a crawl or next to impossible, but I've never once felt like I needed to go that route.  I think that's pretty cool of them and almost makes me want to spend a little cash just to support the model... of course, loving Fallout also helps.

Just made my first eBay listing error.  :wall: Listed Senran Kagura: Shinovi Versus with my phone and I accidentally chose the description for the Limited Edition version, which says that it comes with an OST and booklet. I included pictures with the listing of the front, back, and in the case with the game in it and those clearly don't say Limited Edition or show the extras, but the winner would certainly have a valid complaint if he was expecting those with the purchase.

I'm assuming all I need to do is shoot the guy a message over eBay and let him know of the problem so he can decide whether to go forward with the purchase or ask for a refund. Anything else I need to do to handle this properly?

Was your second paragraph hypothetical or did your listing sell already? If the former, you should be able to change the description to remove any mention of the extras (though I don't list on eBay frequently enough to know for sure how that works), but if the latter, I don't think you have any choice but to explain the situation to the buyer and change the description once he cancels the order.

Yeah, it sold already. I hadn't looked at the listing again after creating it until I went to print the shipping label, at which point I realized the error.

I think it's a little classless to mislist something and then ask the buyer if they want to proceed. Just explain your error, apologize and tell them you'll issue the refund in the next couple days. If for some reason they do want to still buy it they'll let you know.

ok who here has finished resident evil rev 2?  does it get better?  it feels like one of the slowest most plodding games I've ever played.  it took me almost two hours to get through the first half of the second chapter this morning and I feel like it could've all be condensed down in to 30 minutes without losing anything.  maybe that's true of every resident evil game and this is the first time I've noticed.  I dunno.  I'd really like to finish the story but it's an endurance match.

and why did they have to add in conditions like 'bleeding' and 'blinded' that can be cured by different (crafted) objects in your (limited) inventory space?  so much unnecessary crap in this game.
