Seagate 2tb hardrive for ps4

TheFutureRein

CAGiversary!
If anyone spots a deal where the the price of the Seagate 2Tb hardrive goes under 89.99 Id love to know about it. Im currently acquiring all of what i call my ps4 essentials lol ( ps4 games, mic, Hd , extra controller , Console skin ) I already have collected the top 5 games physical copies of games that i wanted and i will wait the digital games to go on sale via the ps store. Thanks for your help! my wallet appreciates it.

The external 2tb is a steal at $89. The drive alone is normally around $110-$120. By going with the external, open it up put 2tb in PS4, put 500gb(stock ps4) in external. You upgraded your PS4 and have a back up external 500gb drive now. I did this last year, currently sitting at around 400gb free on PS4. I use the external drive on my XB1, which I only use for exclusives. So for $89, I upgraded both of my "next-gen" consoles.

I appreciate the comment and perhaps it seems like a steal to you because you purchased the item last year for the price that you were able to pay for it. But earlier this month the price was reduced to 69.99 and that is what i am hoping for.

The only issue with pillaging the 2TB drive out of an external is that if the drive needs replacement, you may not get warranty coverage since you're opening up an external drive whose warranty coverage stops when the case is opened.

Even if you put the drive back in its case, it's been opened and Seagate may not cover it due to that issue.

The bare drive routinely goes on sale at NewEgg for $100, though sometimes hits $90 if things are aligned correctly.
