Yea honestly it isn't the best WWE game since it took out a lot of the features from last years game. But it's the only WWE game on the One right now until 2K16 comes out later this month. Never seen 2K15 this low in price though.

Also literally had 3 Project Spark achievements show as unlocked when I was on my PC even though I haven't played the game in like 3 months. Went to check my achievements and 2 still show as 100% completed but not unlocked.

 
I think I'm gonna take back Forza 6 tomorrow. I'm just terrible at it. I love me some horizon 2 and I liked 5 a lot as well but 6 just keeps whipping me.
 
Some kids were talking trash when I was playing Gears earlier, so I used the pistol to troll them. I doubt I will ever be able to get two quick head shots with the pistol ever again.

I was going to post you should be safe as it seemed like purchases from July 28th through the removal of the ability to purchase (Oct 5th) would be reimbursed, but then I looked at the wording and noticed "the last 60 days" wording stated on Sept 28th.

"When Title Update 16 releases on October 5, it will make all in-game content free. Because of this change, we will be refunding purchases made in Project Spark within the last 60 days. Below is the refund process, as well as some FAQs we expect. Also, if you are worried about your Year One Edition purchase counting, all Year One Edition purchases are included within this 60 day window."

Of course, to be technical with 31 days in July and August the "last 60 days" from Sept. 28th would only go back to July 30th. I redeemed my retail key on Oct. 1 so I'm interested to see how this plays out. Also won a key for another small pack a while back. We'll see in one to two months...

All the content seems to be freely accessible in game without downloading all the now free packs. I was goofing around earlier and stuff I had not bought was showing up as usable, but I didn't get thorough and investigate anything. Debating the WWE game. The Project Spark unlocks are definitely having issues. I had already me the requirements for most of them. The One was on for a bit and nothing popped up. Started PS, nothing. Checked achievements and a handful in the unlocked column and a bunch in the locked column. Underneath each one it stated "Unlocked. Updating..." A bunch slowly popped while doing daily challenge stuff grinding my way to level 50, but several were left unpopped. Haven't booted the Win8 version yet.

While the Ultimate version is great since you get most of the DLC, I agree that at this point I would want a deeper discount. The car pass has gotten some decent discounts so getting that and a cheap vanilla copy may be the way to go.

We had to opt in to the new dashboard update right? I'm in the beta and today I noticed that the cover art for several games have changed. CoD:Ghosts now says Gold Edition on it. Several other games have new cover art including D4, Chariot, Neverwinter (it's the new cover art reflecting the new update so that makes sense), CastleStorm, Strider and Super Time Force. Also, many titles are slightly greyed out (no discernable pattern that I can find) and pressing the A button on them is like hitting the start button and I have to launch it from that menu instead. And quitting a game takes two tries before working. Maybe I have the new dashboard, but I thought it was more noticeable. Maybe all the pain medication I've been taking for my surgery has addled my brain more than I realized.

 
that digital deluxe for wwe is tempting. If that was 20 a month or two ago prob. but just got rock band, uncharted later in the week and not too mention the new one out next month. Wouldn't grab it right away but still.

I might have dabbled in the Beta for Windows eons ago, but that's about it. I thought my nephew had signed in to my account upstairs on his console, but I don't think he even has the game installed.

Will the DLC get downloaded from disc like the Borderlands Game of Year Edition, if so would that work with the Game on Demand Injustice?

 
Is anyone surprised about microtransactions in Destiny anymore? The base game was full price and seriously lacking content (I know, I bought it on D1). Not to mention the X1 version has even less content than the already poor PS4. Then they released two of the DLCs with the highest cost around, both barely even adding any new content. Then they've made an expansion which costs as much as the previous DLCs. Oh, they also started making you buy Red Bull in order to unlock some of the content in the expansion you paid 40 bucks for! Then they decided to add some cosmetic stuff only for the people who are willing to shell out 100$ - which was "fortunately" reduced to 20 bucks for a couple emotes and skins. Great deal. Now they're starting to charge for cosmetic stuff beyond what you already paid. We're only 13 months into the game's presumed 2 year cycle (and it wouldn't surprise me one bit if they decide to extend it), and the full day one experience costs close to 200 dollars already. How foolish can people be to STILL buy these things? Sure, DLCs are the rage nowadays, but at least I buy the season pass for, say, Call Of Duty or Battlefield, knowing that it'll contain all the things. If anything some cosmetic mumbo-jumbo might be left out, but surely I'd flip the table if the pass didn't include 60$+ worth of DLC (to a smaller extent, Borderlands 2 had a similar issue). I've quit Destiny a long ago and at this point the players' indignation is useless - if you still supported them when they charged you 100$ in DLCs and made you buy Red Bull in a desparate attempt to increase content in a game that severely lacks any, you just suck it up and enjoy what's coming. For now the microtransactions are cosmetic, sure. Watch them sell XP boosts, OP weapons and quests for small amounts of money too in the future. I'm calling it now.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Destiny is becoming a social experiment at this point: how far can reach into people's pockets before they realize that they're being fucked?

 
Decided to pass on Toy Soldiers for now and wait for a better sale after looking at some reviews.

Now to decide if I need any of the DLC for Skate 2 or 3.

The same is happening to me and I'm not in the preview program. HDD health is great, its just Xbone that acts weird. Hard reset solves problems all the time. It sucks.

I used to have issues with a USB powered Toshiba drive that I had hooked up to the one. It would lose connection and then I'd have to do what you describe to get it to register with the console. I tried a 'Y' connector that used to work for me on the 360, but no dice. I finally bought a new WD drive. Haven't had a single issue since.

If I were you, I'd start debugging by replacing the USB cord and work your way up to a new drive. Try the cheapest fix first.

 
Anyone else watching this Win10 device event and possibly on NXE? Is their player shitting the bed too? It keeps changing voice dubs. It went from English, to Spanish, to French, lol.

I blame myself though, I played the hell out of the previous FC games. Just kinda need a break from climbing towers and skinning hyenas to make a fanny pack.

tell me about it. i just finished 1250/1250 on far cry 4 and it took 155 hours. just now starting far cry blood dragon. haven't played 3 yet (waiting for next sale). i won't be buying primal on day one anyway.

 
Metal Gear Online came out today as a free update to Phantom Pain. Surprisingly good so far with no connection issues yet. You can pick the background music that plays from most of the metal gear games. I use the alert status music from MGS1.

This new Far Cry leaves much to be desired. I know plausibility and all, but ffs are we going to go the whole game without communication/grunts/gibberish?

With the recent delisting of the Forza 4 content I'm taking inventory to see what I was lucky enough to download.  I've barely played the Forza series yet, though I do own 2,3,4, Horizon and Horizon 2 :wall: .  I kept holding off thinking I had to play them in order to maximize the Forza loyalty rewards with each new game, and now I may have missed out on some content altogether. 

So my question is pretty basic: if I see the car available to buy for in-game credits, that means it's unlocked correct?  It's strange because I see all the American Muscle Car pack vehicles listed, yet looking through my download history see no mention of it or any single cars.

Something needs to change with the gameplay IMO. I was super excited when I started 4, but after playing through it seemed like they got lazy and didn't change much from 3. I hope this is different because the setting looks kind of cool. I think the series should introduce crafting abilities, some new / useful loot, and more varied areas to explore. Every time I found an interesting area in FC4 like a cave or something it was like "oh, great, a chest with rupees and crap that i can't even use." But I have a bad feeling they're just going to run the series into the ground and keep the existing gameplay.
