Historically, I've gotten bored with them after the allure of the bright colors wears off. They'll look very good in glorious HD, though.
Would you say that they all feel kind of vanilla?

The Tremor thing reminds me of their constant offer to trade in a $20 Subway gift card for something like 11,000 points which has always struck me as a ludicrously poor deal.

What does the fox say? I just got my internetnententnenten ikngingignigni nwiwieweweweweweweweweakdjadfjklasdfa;
Is it a rabid fox? 'Cause it sounds like it's having a seizure or something. Or maybe touched an exposed wire while hooking up its internet.

Congrats! Now play Ark with Malk and I

Rubbing her ass crack on her staff is a nice touch. Class act all the way.

"Large breasted witch, we have come to---"

"Hang on, I gotta pull my dress out of my ass..."
Best thing is she is experienced since she is actually an old hag using magic to make her look like that. How else can you explain how her breasts have no nipples?

"Hang on, I gotta pull my dress out of my ass..."
Actually, she employs a similar tactic stolen from the Flash's repertoire.

Even makes a similar sound.

Oh you missed the announcements in the weeaboo thread about some game that has a 'Wrap the world in happy boobs edition' and some RPG where you identify items by sticking a phallic shaped object between an anime girl's rapidly jiggling tits.

Dem weeaboos.

Ahem, there's other semi kinda normalish people on the server too, don't forget. You'll enjoy the concert by the lake we have put together for you guys this weekend.

Malk, spoder, Gilby, and I played first. We started a co-op campaign for The Parish, and we all did well until the last part where Gilby kept getting lost on the bridge and we all died trying to save him. So it restarted the bridge finale, and we got to the end when spoder and gilby were both incapped and Malkan and I died trying to save them again. Finale restarted again (you can't finish the game unless at least one person makes it) and gilby said "fuck this" and left immediately. Malkan, spoder, and I beat the finale finally with the bot. Took us 1 hour, 20 minutes to beat it.
Yeah. I do not know the ins and outs of that game. I spent some time today reading up on it a bit, at least enough to understand how items and weapons work and what the special infected are. I can see that the game will be fun to play now that I have an idea of what I need to be doing.

I miss my saucy blue Twi'lek Smuggler. She seemed like an actual character that belonged in that world to me and not just some wordless blank slate that most games try to do.
Yup. I enjoyed the storyline of SWTOR. I do intend to get back to the game at some point, as I'd like to see how the other side's story plays out.

Yeah, but we need more people in the south side projects. He can build an abandoned thatch trailer home next to Malk's and Cook's and Flowette's.

Yeah, the game will make it more difficult to win if you're doing well, and we kicked ass up until the last part of the finale with the endless horde. The AI director took into account that we kept dying and made the third run a lot easier, putting the last Tank behind us.

Good point as long as you keep that low income housing far away from our gated paradise community.
You should build a Great Wall of Trump and make Cheaplikeafox and Foxhack live on the raggedy side.

Tomasety too because he speaks Spanish so that's close enough to Mexican.

Yeah, considering what the first tank did to us on that second run, not having a second to deal with would help. I just read about the AI director and the game's dynamic nature earlier this morning. I wasn't previously aware that it worked like that.

They make very pretty anime weeaboo games. GrimGrimoire, Muramasa, Odin Sphere, and Dragon's Crown to name a few. I've never actually finished one of their games. Will patiently await the +1.

Edit: Also, massive tits.
Now that looks like the game that Fox needs to worry about his wife finding him playing. I mean, at least a pigeon is a bird and your wife is unlikely to just assume that you have some kind of weird bird-sex fetish.

Okay Spoder or somebody more weeabous than I am, what does Vanillaware make and is this a good thing?

VanillaWare is “Exploring a Solution” to Bring Their Games to PC
BY: BRANDON ORSELLI ON OCTOBER 23, 2015, 10:56 AM EDT @BRANDONORSELLI

Sometimes even we miss things – however, we’ve learned (thanks, Fangbreaker!) something exciting regarding Japanese developer VanillaWare.

When responding to a fan on Facebook, VanillaWare president George Kamitani said the company is considering to bring their games to PC, via Steam.

“[We are] currently exploring a solution for a pc version,” said Kamitani when responding to a fan asking if VanillaWare could port their games to Steam (Editor’s Note: We’ve omitted the direct link as this is Kamitani’s personal Facebook page).

Most of these games are very well regarded console games. At least Odin Sphere and Grim Grimoire are part of my PS2 backlog; PC ports make these games much more likely to be played (or at least closer to the top of the backlog in my sad game-hoarder world).

But Tremor coins are 1/10 of a cent and $15 only gets you $11.90. You're not making any headway paying for coins, since even the 95/99 coin games usually cost about 9 cents a game during IG happy hours.
According to Tremor, they're not 1/10 of a cent, but that's pretty much what we value them at.

And I never said it was a good deal. I said:

I'd only recommend doing it at the $15-tier if you're desperate to stock up on coins with relatively 0 effort.
Basically, it's only worth getting 80% of the actual coin value for your money if it's: A) a large amount of coins at once, B) you need a large amount of coins and C) you can't be bothered doing enough offers to stock up that many coins.

It's the equivalent of throwing a larger sum of money than you need to at a problem just to get out of doing the "work".

Some random licensed poopy-game randomly appears on steam.
Don't be fooled. This game is great. Best Spider-Man game imo since Spidey 2 (movie game #2, not Amazing Spidey 2). Second best is Amazing Spidey 1, and after that, Web of Shadows. All the other Spidey games (since movie game #2) are "poopy".

Muramasa The Demon Blade was one of my favorite Wii games although it is mostly because of how beautiful it was. The same goes for most of the Vanillaware games. I'd buy any of them that showed up on Steam presuming that they were decent ports.

Don't be fooled. Bobby is a poopy console peasant. Ergo, his opinions are fueled by poop. Hence, this opinion is Poop. QED

I bought GrimGrimoire during a Best Buy clearance a few years back and finished it, very good game. Muramasa is also highly regarded, and I've been waiting to grab the complete bundle (with DLC) on PSN but it hasn't had a good discount.. so I might wait for it to come to Steam.

Welp, I just made everyone rage in L4D2.

Rundown:

Took us 1 hour, 20 minutes to beat it.

Then spoder invited me to versus with Mooby and Malkan. We went 3v1 with me on my own team, and I beat 'em on the first level. Got disconnected for a while, but came back and they still hadn't killed me so that was a plus. Then there was an early Tank on the second level, and it was Mooby. I ran around him in circles chopping him with my axe until he died, and finished the level. Malk and spoder both raged right there. Mooby kept saying "We're Doomed." Mooby went out and I smacked him around as the tank then incapped the bots, and he noticed that the others left him alone and said he should rage too.

10/10 would stomp noobs again
FYI Blade didn't have Discord set up properly.. so he didn't hear any of us and wouldn't know if we were rage quitting. Way to be a dumbass, Blade!

I second that Shattered Dimensions is really good. Not sure how well it holds up, but it's my second favorite Spidey game after that PS1 one that I played on PC. Of course I'm sure that game doesn't hold up at all at this point.

Admittedly, I haven't put too much time in any of the other Spidey games. I did play some of that second movie game that everybody loved and didn't really like it.

Shattered Dimensions > ASM 1 and 2. Sadly. Loved the VOs; the four actors make the game work. Just like SM: Edge of Time had two VOs that compelled you to suffer through the hot mess it was.

Beenox is probably done making SM games too. Wonder who's next in line to try to top the old Spider-Man 2 game; still revisit that every now and then.

I stole this review as it sums up my feelings on Spiderpman: Shattered Hermpensions nicely:

The graphics and art styles are awesome. And the cutscenes are great. So to make things short; awesome boss battles and cinematics, in between those is repetitive junk. Solid 6 poop.

Two steps forward

Second best is Amazing Spidey 1, and after that, Web of Shadows.
Aaaand one step back. Both Amazing titles are poop. I guess you redeem yourself a bit with the Web of Shadows comment, though. Any game where you can rip Wolvie in half is a winner in my book.

If WoS ever comes to steam, I expect an emo Tobe Macquire costume mod within the week hour.

I'm tempted by Grimoire in the latest psn sale. But hell, the prospect of a shiny, superior PC port makes me all giddy. Muramasa, too.

I was in the same group as you guys and didn't have you muted. I blame you for using a browser-based teamspeak client instead of using your mics directly through Steam. Hipsters!

There's a desktop client for Discord too, that's what I use. I think the web browser version might have issues with Firefox which might've been why you couldn't hear us

Must you keep posting these "deals" in my pony thread?

Man all the Adorlea games I want are generally 60% off (yes I have problems and most people on here know my RPGMaker problem). Surprised they aren't getting bundled very often anymore. Those were the days...
