this is my impression of my kids coming down while I was playing diablo this morning:

me: diablo

kid: are those his friends that he's exploding?

me: I don't think they're friends.

kid: where are his friends?

me: I think he's a bit of a loner.

kid: is that blood?

me: probably.

kid: ...

kid: this isn't good.  can we see octodad?

me: I love you, children.

Super Meat Boy's difficulty is no joke, but it is a lot of fun and addicting. I only got the first ending, didn't have it in me to get the true ending, and that was fine.

I know it comes highly recommended but after watching a little gameplay it might be crossed off my backlog. I'm not the most skilled at these types of games for sure. But whoknows I may give it a shot one day. We'll see.

yeah i mentioned i noticed that stopped in august or so with a whimper and not a bang. i enjoyed posting what i played/planning/themes, etc.

I liked Resistance but I don't know how well it's aged. Never played Untold Legends. Didn't like Folklore, was super boring to me. Never finished it.
 
I wish we got the 50 cent Blood in the Sand trophies that Japan got, i'd start that up on ps3

 and Saints Row 2 trophies

i don't have ni no kuni. guess i'll have to continue playing shitty ps4.

just going to say one thing about the indie-ess porting to vita thing. i very much prefer playing them on vita. while remote play is an option, it's not an option i have available at all times. also, fuck tyler

YOUR like the luckiest person ever besides pitfall, seems like you win contests all the time.

The ssd looks cool with the flames at least, should be pretty good if you need an ssd. Good to use as main drive.

Might want to check Trade In Values @ Amazon for the Gunnar glasses, some of them had decent ones. May be able to dump them there for something else you actually want. Nice win...congrats!

I have Ni no Kuni in my backlog, not too far in, I would like to start too next month , maybe actually finish it before the second one comes out
 
I was wondering why the PSNOT thread wasn't showing up in my "new posts" feed, and then I realized there was a new thread.

Time to try and catch up and then give up after a few days like last time.
 
We should do a multi-player game as well each month. Maybe spread the joy of the backlog beatdown to more people in the thread. I cast my vote for castlevania harmony of despair. We might as well start this month too, we're only 4 days in.
