Any chance you have the mic disabled? I had that set when I first joined the earlier group and had to figure out where you set it. It's in the menu you get when you hold the PS button on the Vita. Hold that, then scroll down in the menu that appears.

The winner isn't determined by the percentage amounts, though. Hillary had 699, Bernie had 695, so she won.

You are only racing, so if that doesn't do anything for you it's not going to be your cup of tea. Never played WRC, but rally racing is probably the most fun pure racing type game for me. But I hope it's on the arcade side and not super-realistic.
Out of that 4700 about 700 are superdelgates, which get to vote however they want, where as the rest of the delegates are tied to primary general elections. Basically 1/6th of the delegates vote however they want, HRC already has half of those locked up, so right now she has a pretty solid lead to start with. She has 347 to 13 in superdelgates, so basically a 368 to 29 lead as of now in delegates.
