This thread will attempt to provide a place to discuss past/present/future PC gaming deals. While mainly focusing on Steam games, any standout sales may also be presented. I will not be updating every Daily/Weekly/etc. sale. The tools to help individuals become a smarter shopper will be provided below.

I wont make the same mistake as Evolve and I still have that stinker on my shelve though it's likely going to Goodwill soon.

Or you could just get it for 30$ on pc, price is a wash and you get much better controls and graphics, and you dont have to deal with trading cereal box tops in order to trade it in or whatever other crazy crap is involved with consoles

I guess it doesn't much matter to me as I just got myself my new monitor. :D

That AOC G-Sync monitor I was looking at dropped 50 bucks (down to 349.99, which is current 100 off) while sitting in my basket while we discussing rather or not to pick up a extra HD. I was freeing up all the parts that had been in my old PC that where currently in my new PC (minus a HD which I use for non gaming storage).

So I'll likely have the wife's laptop back in working order, if not my old PC will be full functional, and my PC is finally how I envisioned it when I started upgrading it like 2 BFs ago when Micro center ran an add that just couldn't be ignored.

So all in all, its been a very cool day. :)

Thanks for the heads up. I saw it on SD I think yesterday, but I looked into the reviews and too many people seemed to have issues with it so even at $30 I think I have to pass :(

Man, if only they weren't so expensive. If I could get one of those for around $80 then I might bite with The Derpvision as a freebie, but at $130-$160 it's too rich for my blood.

So it's a sale on Tom Clancy's The Derpvision? The game that nobody will shut up about thanks to YMCA69 even though everyone else says the beta sucks, and there are over 20 Tom Clancy games about the same damn thing?

Actually, this is pretty different for a Tom Clancy game and other people have had positive impressions about it. For everyone saying it sucks, it's probably one of the upcoming AAA games that most people seem to be talking about. Don't H8.

It can't be as good as Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Rogue Infection, where Sam Fisher helps his friend build a deck addition on his house and he gets a splinter from pressure treated wood and Sam has to cut the splinter out before the infection spreads. It's his most challenging operation yet.

The intro is $15 but the full price is $60.

So this should be in theory the full game since it's been discounted from $60... too bad i only have nineteen bucks right now. Bah.

I was about to buy BTA stuff from last week HWB as both HB and HWB this week are weak. And HB pulled this dirty trick. Never happened to me before.

Well I tried to buy Hitman from Amazon for $15, but it said something like, "We see you're shopping from the US and this title isn't available in that region".  Then I turned on the VPN and tried again, but it said my order failed and to check my digital order page to see if it completed.  It didn't.  Check the sale page again and it was "currently unavailable".

Amazon has removed the price and is now displaying Hitman for PC as "Currently unavailable."

So it must have been a glitch otherwise they'd still be accepting pre-orders.

Hitman Absolution hit $5 six months after it released. Maybe I could play one of my other 2000+ games while I wait for the eventual price drop.
