This thread will attempt to provide a place to discuss past/present/future PC gaming deals. While mainly focusing on Steam games, any standout sales may also be presented. I will not be updating every Daily/Weekly/etc. sale. The tools to help individuals become a smarter shopper will be provided below.

I'm sure you can't bear to watch a game where there's not an announcer yelling GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL for 20 minutes straight.

On the other hand, there are mascots dressed up in animal suits so that should float your boat.

I used to watch sports. Fake football, real football, baseball, NASCAR, wrestling, UFC. Now I don't, partly because sports are always the same heap of advertising and favoritist garbage, and party because commentators are some of the most annoying people ever. Terry Bradshaw just go away already. Ugh, sports nerds are just as annoying as LARP nerds who insist on sitting next to you with their bad BO and speaking with British accents.

I'll have the Superbowl in the background while I do more important things, and I'm rooting for whatever team is losing in the fourth because one-sided victories are boring.

Hopefully they don't do anything odd with the DLC this time. They didn't include Paige in the PC release of WWE 2K15 because she was exclusive to the season pass, and you couldn't get the season pass on PC because all the DLC was already in the game. Except Paige. Makes absolutely no sense to me.

I hope so w/ them not doing weird stuff on content-nonsense like that, as well.

But, there are plenty of mods on 2K15 to get CAW Divas into the game; Paige into the game; and other things for modding purpose - if you want to go through all the modding to do so. Check 2K Forums and Smacktalks, for way more details on how to go through the modding process.

Granted, I been really lazy and ain't done so w/ modding. [shrug]

Despite WWE 2K15 PC not being perfect + not having the entire kitchen sink for a roster, match-types, and CAW Divas out-the-box - I really do love the game. Always seem to get a match in - when I need break from other games, got a little bit of time, or lots of time on my hands. Universe Mode for me just feels endless.


And hopefully - with WWE2K16 PC, it comes right-out-the-gate as a Complete Edition at typical MSRP pricing for a base-game ($40-60) but instead also with all the DLC's/Season Pass content for FREE; no matter whether they decide to release it out-right from the release or patch it in later for FREE like they did with 2K15.

CS:GO because you can get Seasonal Savings from me because I got the Intel bundle that included JC3, CS:GO and World of Warships and already have CS:GO.

 
OK guys. Kickstarter ended about an hour ago. We just cleared the stretch goal so 2 copies are going out today!

Our winners, determined via 2 die rolls using a d6 and d8, are Garrion and Syntax Error!

Dark Souls II Scholar of the First Sin (full, not upgrade) is $12.51 at Gamebillet (who?) after using the code WINTERSALE

You have to go through their 'UK' site but the price is in dollars and there's no Euro region lock for the game in the Steam DB so it should activate fine.
