This thread will attempt to provide a place to discuss past/present/future PC gaming deals. While mainly focusing on Steam games, any standout sales may also be presented. I will not be updating every Daily/Weekly/etc. sale. The tools to help individuals become a smarter shopper will be provided below.

For what it's worth, I'll be the dissenting voice on this one. I only ever play the COD games for single player (and occasionally zombies) and felt that this was the most disjointed feeling campaign in a while. I usually don't mind the mindless slog through the third-rate Tom Clancy wannabe stories as they are usually just compelling enough to keep me moving from Point A to Point B and on to the next set-piece moment.
I'm not sure if it was the way the story was presented or what, but it definitely didn't hook me. This is the first game in a while that I can remember playing through to conclusion because I was already half done and felt I should finish it because I spent more than $20 on it. I literally could not wait for it to be over. At least in AW,
Kevin Spacey played such a dick that I couldn't wait to plug him at the end.
BO3 had nothing to motivate me like that.
While I don't want to spoil anything here so won't go into detail, I also want to add that the ending of the SP campaign uses a trope that absolutely infuriates me and is, in my opinion, the absolute laziest thing a writer can do. So to add insult to injury, I forced myself through 3 more hours of a crappy campaign to get an ending I felt was lazy and contrived.
All of that, along with the fact that nothing about the gun play or game play mechanics felt all that fresh or interesting, led to my not even bothering to try Zombie mode. I finished the campaign, stared at my monitor for a few seconds, then uninstalled. Not worth the ~$25 I paid for it.
If you're really into Zombie mode or multiplayer, or just don't care if SP has a compelling story, you might be able to get your money's worth out of it. It plays ok and looks pretty nice. As a guy who plays solely for the campaign, I'd say skip it unless you really need to scratch that COD itch and none of the older titles will do the trick.
I youtubed the BO3 ending. It couldn't possibly be worse than Ghosts. I was wrong. What the was I watching? Seriously I couldn't keep up with what sort of nonsense they were trying to pull.
Seems to me Call of Duty devs have been taking some serious bong hits before writing their stories for the last couple of games. Haven't done AW yet but the rest of these feel like they want to go the Rockstar route of being "too good" to do shootmans tacticool army gaming but don't have the balls to disrespect us as much as Rockstar does so they accidentally disrespect us harder by being pussies about it.

Anyway, Tremor restocked Subject 13 from that Garfield bundle so I watched bits of a Rick Springfield concert like 12 times and then got enough for Subject 13, so like in 4 days when the Tremor dude gets his ass around to giving me the key I will have more chances to not win the Agatha grandma game.
Stuff like this is why I luv (but not Muff Luv) dis thread.
