PSNOT 3.0 - Let's Talk About University of Kentucky, Baby!

It's not that the episodic nature excludes it, but unlike Telltale's games with plats where the entire trophy list was revealed ahead of time, this list only has some of them, likely because the stuff to be added later hasn't been finalized yet.

Has there been an instance where a plat-less game had one added later on?
I don't think so, but that's not my point. It sounded an awful lot like you were saying that it didn't have a plat because it's an episodic release, when we know this doesn't exclude a game from having a plat.

Yeah, that would likely be too tough for me to bother with. Do you essentially have to not get hit or break your chain for S+? I was just a hair shy of getting S rank for one level. Think I got hit like once.
You have to not break your chain or die as far as I can tell, you can get hit. I got an S+ this morning getting hit a couple times and eked the bare minimum required score. I watched a video of wario64 getting S+ on one of the last levels and it looked like he got hit a few times. But I'm not 100% sure.

I knew we'd talked about housing around Nashville but couldn't remember if you already lived in MJ or were moving there or what.

Nice as it'd be to have a new house, that's about 2x what I'd want to spend on one. Ah well.
You must be looking for a really small house then. 175k is pretty much unheard of for a good-sized house even in my area.

I'll reword it, then. Sorry for the confusion.

175k in my area would get you a decent town house or a pretty older house, but yea wont have much size.

Girl at my work is building a new house in Murfreesboro, its in that price range but its also only 1300ish sqft.

What do you consider good-sized? There's tons of nice houses within a half hour of Nashville around the ~2000 sq ft. range for 175k-200k. Many with hardwood floors, remodeled kitchens, garages, fenced in back yards, etc..

I'm not sure what's more suspenseful, "Will episodic Hitman have a plat" or the Wren/Tyler talk yesterday.
Neither:

Riveting.

Probably apples and oranges here. I assume that where you are decent size houses are usually on multiple acre lots. In major metro areas, those rarely even exist. You are paying more for land than you are the house.

A BRAND NEW house also costs a lot more than an old one that is fixed up.  Even if the land is worth more as is the case in a lot of metro areas.

Yeah I consider 2,000 sq ft to be good-sized.

Actually the most expensive homes near me are usually in subdivisions on like half-acre lots. Mostly due to location I assume.

Well yeah he said new, so I assumed he meant an actual newly built home. But judging by his last comment I guess he just meant new as in different.

All this talk makes me wish I had a house. Really need to make that happen this year.
Move to Tampa and Ill sell you mine.

Its slightly used and needs a bathroom remodel and you will probably want to redo the kitchen, at least reface/resurface the cabinets. Even though its only worth $200K or so and I paid $179, Ill sell it to you for the low price of $225!

For real comparison since everyone cares, my house is only about 1650 sq feet, was built in 1992, needs the above redone but I am in a great neighborhood with a strong HOA and houses sell real fast. I bought it in 2012. Real wood throughout living areas. Nice tile in kitchen and bath of course. New upgraded pad and carpet in bedrooms. All ceilings are 12 foot high inside. Not vaulted. We have nice tile roofs on every house in the hood. I have an over sized pie shaped lot with no one directly behind me, but not conservation. Big screened in and covered patio/lanai, but no pool. Enough area that I am thinking of going to buy a ping pong and foosball table soon.

One of my goals as well, though I know I won't make it happen within a year though. Within the past year I moved from a 924 sq ft mobile home, to a ~1300 sq ft house, then across the street to a ~2000 sq ft mobile home when it became available. Needed the extra space. Plus the house was VERY out-dated.

Topgolf is real golf.with targets and somehow they have electronics that track the ball and screens that show what target and where in it you hit it. Shows yards and everything. People that dont play golf still love it since it's got games for everyone.

And a bar and good food. Not cheap. But good. Service could be better too but they hire good looking people and it's just done right. It was packed on a Tuesday night.
But are you in some big complex thing or out on an actual golf course with dirt and grass and wind and flamingos and whatnot? Sounds like the former how you describe it.

Main issue for me is that my wife doesn't like the "cost" of a house but with what pay in rent for our apartment now it would be pretty comparable. It's convincing her that makes it a challenge.

No dirt or real grass or animals. Wind yes since it is open air. Its a triple decker driving range with a big bar and waitresses/waiters that come to each bay for food and drink. They have heat and AC in each bay and TVs and couches and tables and chairs etc. They have big sliding glass doors that are open this time of year from the bar to each hitting area but they close them when its hot as fuck so if your at the bar your not sweating. Its a great setup.

I always suggest buying a home instead of renting if you can. However, you can not just compare monthly rent with monthly mortgage. Houses have a lot of added costs that you do not have to deal with in an apartment. So just be sure you really know what you can manage before buying a home.

Coleco bailed on that Retro VGS/Coleco Chameleon thing after it looks like Retro VGS was caught in some shadiness in some prototypes.  I vaguely remember the kickstarter https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/retro-vgs#/.  That was some console that was supposed to be designed to play retro style games.  It didn't make sense to me.

It was also by the guy(s) who did that Retro magazine so I have to assume that's probably going to die off.

My current mortgage is $738/mo. That's for a 1650 sq/ft house right outside East Nashville. It's 10 minutes from downtown. Granted I picked it up in the housing crash--it was an estate sale valued at $130k at the time and I got it for $90k and then also got the $8500 tax credit that was running at the time. I'll probably get ~175k or so out of it with the way the local market is going. Odds are pretty good you won't get a deal that good, but prior to living in the house I was paying $900 (IIRC) for a 1250sq/ft apartment and I didn't get a dime when I moved out of it.

A house is probably a bad idea if you're not planning to stick around at least a few years, but otherwise it generally seems to be a worthwhile investment.

I still haven't gotten an email, but I just checked my Vita Messages app and I had my $15 code for spending $100 last week. Shows as having been delivered 10 hours ago.

Summon Night 6 English trophy list is up.

http://psnprofiles.com/trophies/4419-SUMMON-NIGHT6-LostBorders

Here's some gameplay from the Japanese demo. It's definitely one of the best-looking sRPGs on the Vita.

Interesting that there's an English trophy list when the game localization hasn't even been announced. They did trademark the LostBorders subtitle in Europe a while back, though, so I guess it's not a big surprise.

I got the same message on the android playstation app, but no code...do you have to redeem it on the PS4 or just need to have a code e-mailed? I need to get it so I can waste it on Assassin's Creed games I'll never play!

I had a few minutes this morning so I tried to join online matches in BroForce. Still hopelessly broken, though different. The 4 matches it let me join all I got was the map screen where you pick a level and the host didn't move.

There was also a bit where the screen of online matches was completely blank.

That was all public matches. Not sure about private.

It was an attachment on the message itself. When I clicked on that it took me directly to the Vita store app and already had the code filled in. All I had to do was confirm that I wanted to add the funds to my wallet.

The Road to 100k Kills Update #7

Ran all night! Woke up to another 8k in kills, right at 28k now. Started up again before leaving this morning so hoping to come home to another 8k.

*fingers crossed*

Ok cool, thank you...in the playstation app on android it just showed it as playstation icon...when I clicked that it brought me to the right page. Sweet!

I hope something isn't up with my PS4, last night when I turned it on the fan would rev up and shut, rev up and shut. I powered it down and then it seemed to work fine, just hope it's not the beginning of a bigger problem. I had the disc eject thing once...maybe I should tighten that screw again just to rule that out. I don't want any of the new bundles, not sure why the Uncharted one is $400 compared to the $350 for the COD one. I guess I'll wait and see before I jump into anything...or wait for a sweet deal to get a new one. Don't want to lose P.T. either.

I also started Until Dawn last night, graphics are crazy...atmosphere seems cool. Looking forward to playing through it.

It's Lupus.

My wife just told me about a groupon deal that is 2 PS3 controllers for $26. I'm not interested so am too lazy to go find a link.
I think they've had a couple of those pop up recently, but they weren't sony controllers. If anyones interested, might want to double check before you buy.

Amazon Prime Student members can get 10% off anything from Amazon Warehouse Deals with the code STUDENTMAR. I'm not sure if that's only for today.
