This is a great deal for all the recent Blizz games, for those missing some Blizz games.

RoS is a game-changer, to say the least.

Loot 2.0 certainly helps D3 and makes it better - but both the final campaign act in RoS + Adventure Mode are awesome. RoS finally makes D3 great. Took them long enough to get there...

Not sure how this is YMMV when it's shown clearly on the BB website.  In-store pickup just means it's not available for shipping, not invalidating it as a deal.

 
I can only get the base game near me, but I remember Reaper goes on sale for $20 or less often enough. The base game is the one I always seem to miss sales on.

I've been trying to buy the used copy for $18 but it's never in stock! GameStop is charging like $30 for it used.

Anyways, hope I can grab this!
 
I just got walmart to price match both.got the GCU price for diablo 3 and the RoS for $8 kinda of kicking myself for not saying six bucks. But I missed iut it was only $1 and some change vs using have tank or more driving to the next bestbuy 2.5 hours round trip. Gah the buck. I think it's going dead stock.at bestbuy and other locations as an attempt to sell out the physical copies.
 
Checked inventory on both before I left my house and BBY had both base game and expansion in stock for DIII. I get to the store and there was one copy of base game left and sold out of expansion. Thanks LINY CAG who beat me to best buy. You're a real bastard. I bought the base game anyways, but idk I've heard D3 isn't even worth playing without RoS.

How far away was the best buy? If you had used in-store pickup you might have had a better chance of getting it before the other guy did.

 
I tried the in store pick up route for HotS and by the time I was leaving the house I received a notification that it was unavailable, but I was more than welcome to get it from the Waxahachie store (45 miles away). Oh well.

Are you talking about D3?

Depends on if you normally prefer playing these type of ARPG games solo-style.

I normally play solo...and I liked D3, but loved RoS.

Keep in mind - D3 requires BNet and forces online-play at all times currently.

Sure, you can play D3 without RoS w/ Loot 2.0 - but it's just that D3 is way-way-way better with RoS. The final act and Adventure Mode really take the game to an absolutely whole another level entirely.

Just make sure at some point you do catch RoS when it bricks (drops) again in a sale, if you can get it cheap at another BB that ain't too far away, or PM it somewhere else that'll allow it.

ehh 15-20 minutes. I honestly didn't think their was a shot in hell it would have sold before I got there so I didn't even bother. Oh well. Live and learn. Not too huge a deal. I'm sure Blizz will match this price digitally at some point. Just would have preferred to have picked up the physical box.

 
Crap not in stock locally, guess I'll try to get a price match at walmart. Target is out of stock.
