Batman V Superman thoughts:

(No actual story/plot spoilers)
I really enjoyed it. Maybe a little long. Dark and brooding like your typical DC movie with a handful of humor attempts.
Fight scenes were well choreographed, especially the final battle. Action was pretty good.
It was awesome to see Wonder Woman on screen.
I thought Affleck did good as Batman. Once you're in the moment you don't really realize he's Affleck. I thought Jessie Eisenberg was reeeeealllly good as Lex Luthor. Like really good.

So it's not gonna be light and whimsical like the Marvel movies, but if you like the genre, I think you'll like this movie.

Ya, it does that.

Evil Dead 1 is the more straight horror one, Evil Dead 2 is the insane black comedy one. Army of Darkness is the quipy one. Evil Dead remake is the serious, metaphorical one.

 
I don't think Jesse is a good actor, nor can I stand him. I'm most concerned about the stupid
doomsday
shit shoehorned in, but I guess I'll find out this weekend.

I think Gator or someone posted about GA earlier. Good for Disney/Marvel. They bring in the big bucks. Hopefully there is enough pressure to strike it down.

All in response to Charlotte's city council passing protections for the LGBT community. Gotta love NC. We have Charlotte and the Triangle basically subsidizing the rest of the state (and NC recently passed a law that funnels even more of our sales taxes to the rural counties), yet the rest of that state hates Charlotte and the Triangle with a passion and acts in every instance to show it.

fuck McCrory and fuck these backwoods state representatives. Unfortunately I think our districts are so gerrymandered that many of them are safe, but McCrory's gone. He only won the election with the Charlotte vote, and he's sure as shit not getting that this time around.

well good thing I didnt plan on rebuying it until the disc is super cheap and the DLC is on sale! Thanks Mild!

EDIT: I will still play it eventually and even if it runs like shit I will probably like it since I enjoyed the main game even with all the complainers. I guess I am a Just Cause shill.

As stupid as that Georgia bill is why cant private organizations hire who they want and not hire who they dont want?  They are going to do it anyway.  The passing of the bill just makes it easier for the rest of the sane people to spot those religious fanatics and boycott their businesses if they so chose.

That's disappointing. It was fun when I played it, felt like most of the people doing a lot of the complaining hadn't even spent more than an hour with the game. Guess people should have been happy with their long load times and occasional crashes instead of asking them to "fix" it lmao.

 
Im with Sage.  Just Cause was still a lot of fun.  The slow down and load times were disappointing but WAY over blown,

And in Vig's defense, I believe I was more hyped than him with the game.   I dont think either of us made promises though.  But we did think it would be better than the other super hyped but disappointing game starring a bad ass elephant.  And it was.  Just Cause stuff blowed up good.

I didn't have any big problems with slow down but the load times were garbage. I've seen PS2 games load faster than that! Sounds like they made it even worse somehow.
