How about getting a subscription to NetJets? So you can fly there in style.Indiana seems like kind of far to go for a dentist....but I certainly can't settle for anything below the absolute best for my teeth.

HEY! I rizembel htat merark! After going to sign the save me money paperwork at the car dealer, I decided to stop in at a local brewpub for lunch so that Zimm would not be the only one drinking during the work day today (yeah I know wren is probably boozing it up somewhere but at least I got to as well).
I never condone punching or kicking any other dude in the nuts. We get punched in the nuts enough by chicks. I mean how am I supposed to know that "NO" doesnt mean yes?Nut punch him when he's not looking.
You're only supposed to lie to your ex-wife, not the thread.I actually took a 2 hour lunch today and didnt have any alcohol! Im getting better!
You passed on the coors light!? Even after gator totally judged you for liking sweet child of brine? You disgust me.Dear munky,
I had a Fulton Sweet Child of Vine during my meeting. Also available was Fulton Lonely Blonde, Summit Saga IPA, Summit EPA, some BauHaus beer, Stella Atois (or whatever), Guinness Draught, Coors Light, New Castle, Blue Moon, and some cider, possible Loon Juice.
You want to.Jah won't pay the bills, but eBay sure will. I used to care more about RSD, but it gets more and more vinyl focused every year. With all the other crap I buy, I don't want to start a vinyl collection too.
Sweet Child of Brine would be an awesome name for a Gose but not so much for an IPA.You passed on the coors light!? Even after gator totally judged you for liking sweet child of brine? You disgust me.

I told you the housing market was real tight here. Especially if you're looking for desirable locations in the city. I've had a few co-workers spend 6 months or so looking and they kept getting outbid by cash offers. My job sucks and we're less than 30 days until close on the house and we cannot get a house landed in Portland. We may have to back out with our tail between our legs. Feel better?
Therm, do you know how any of those games play? the controls good? how you liking them?Sony PAX East games list:

Yeah, if you were looking for any sort of depth to the combat, you were looking in the wrong place. It was more about making the battles fast and fairly simple so you could get back to exploring and the references and stuff.Finished Sat Morning RPG last night. If the game didn't have the nostalgia theme , it would be borderline un-playable. The combat was really dull, the enemy weakness weren't varied enough to necessitate switching of weapons.
The storyline, references and maybe some old-school charm make it worth playing though.
Yeah, I bet he's all about the fast paced hustle and bustle of modern metropolises just like everyone else I know in Kansas...I admittedly do not know a lot about Pete, but my guess is he is the type that gets cold sweats when he hears the word suburbs.
If only they could find a way to fit in the Surf Ninjas.Man, a whole lot of people are missing the point of a MIB/21 Jump Street crossover movie. I think it sounds great.
naw, I'm all suburbs these days. I have no issues with living in the city or even in sketchy neighborhoods, but I'm also not interested in paying a massive premium to live in a shittier neighborhood and a smaller/more run down house if there's alternatives with reasonable stuff to do within a short drive. because I'm not an idiot.I admittedly do not know a lot about Pete, but my guess is he is the type that gets cold sweats when he hears the word suburbs.
WHERE in Tampa though? 200-250 in my neighborhood is less than 2K square feet. Or it needs a lot of work. That isnt big here. But yeah its Florida. Other than Miami everything is relatively cheap here.Speaking of HGTV shit, I was watching an episode of House Hunters the other night and these people were buying a house in Tampa. I couldn't believe how cheap shit is there. 200-250k for pretty large sized houses.

took the words right out of my mouth.Sounds like a real estate crash waiting to happen.
Them unwinning Braves make pitfall saltyI don't know whating neighborhoods they were in. There were streets and maybe a tree.

Goddmannit, thats what it was! I was trying so hard to remember where thatThe NX leak location!
I'm have two jokes for this. You choose your favorite:The latest blow: starting LF Hector Olivera got arrested last night for domestic assault. The hits just keep on comin'.
Even in smaller cities it is a big difference in living in town and in the suburbs though. Pretty sure not too many suburban families are taking family trips to thrift stores very often.Yeah, I bet he's all about the fast paced hustle and bustle of modern metropolises just like everyone else I know in Kansas...
Thing is though that crash was due to people getting loans they could not afford. I am pretty certain that is not the case this time. Even with the crazy prices, it is not that much more in terms of a mortgage monthly payment than a decent apartment.took the words right out of my mouth.
Sounds like 2007-2008 all over again.
Gotta buy now before these prices get so high you cant afford it!
2009 hits and people areED.
Play 2 matches, final combined score of both matches determines winner, with a tie away goals are doubled, if still tied the 2nd match goes to two 15 min OT periods, still tied goes to pk.aggregate? lol soccer
yeah, unfortunately this is probably true - people are moving north from SF and other california locales because they can telecommute and rent/buy a house in Portland for ~$3k/month and it's still cheaper than their 400sqft 1 bedroom in Silicon Valley. google/ebay/intel/etc offices with more undeveloped nature surrounding the area and they're expecting to be the next tech hub but with less work/life problems. I just wanted to look at some mountains, have access to cool record stores and be able to drive to the ocean. I don't really give a shit about the potential career opportunities. they're ruining it for everybody!Thing is though that crash was due to people getting loans they could not afford. Seems more like inflation to me.
But my question is where are all these people coming from? You would think rents would collapse with all the people buying houses, yet they arent...because those people are still renting. The people buying are either really wealthy and can move whenever or their investors not actually looking to move in.Thing is though that crash was due to people getting loans they could not afford. Better than ending up with my head in a recycle bin or having sex with a dog or whatever else you post about.Munky, you definitely dont want to go to some Indiana dentist, you might come out with no teeth.

From rural areas. The population is starting to get even more condensed around metro areas than it was before. But my question is where are all these people coming from? I say this because it isnt just Portland. Though Portland is clearly one of the fastest growing markets if not the fastest.
Chill out, we all watched that movie.took the words right out of my mouth.

Yup, city life is in. People are realizing they want to have things to do close to them. Not wanting to drive 45 minutes to shop at Target and eat at Carls Jr.From rural areas. The population is starting to get even more condensed around metro areas than it was before.
Even Pete is a good example of that moving from a smaller city to the metro area of a larger one.
ETA: As much as we give Tyler shit for SLC, it is still a metro area. Atlanta, Portland, and the I-4 corridor are on different levels, but it is still a larger population center than the surrounding area.
