PSNOT 3.0 - Let's Talk About University of Kentucky, Baby!

Division people, did anyone do a challenge mission with randoms? I'm trying to figure out if I can finish one with randos with no problem, or if it'd be better to play through with friends, even if those friends suck.
It's really hit or miss. But most of the attempts I've had, the group was barely able to make it past the initial encounter. The times I've made it through, it wasn't too bad as everyone was working together and making sure to get revives, and sticking together, etc.

I think their article doesn't really touch on several reasons why gas consumption might be up. Yesterday we talked about people buying houses in the burbs and driving further distances to go to work. 6-7 years ago I rented an apartment 7 miles from work. Then we rented one 24 miles from work for 4+ years. For about the same money I would pay to rent here I got a much nicer apartment. We liked the area well enough we bought a house here (which is about 25 miles one way to work). We have two older cars. Mine gets maybe 21 MPG on my commute. Does better on the highway but that isn't my commute. My wifes car is a year newer and gets better millage but we have racked up a bunch of miles on it and it needs some work so I will be driving my car more. In 2003 and 2004 when these cars were purchased there were I think two Hybrid options and no electric options. There are many more options that are more fuel efficient, electric (till recent range on the SUCKED), or hybrid. When it comes time to replace one of them we will at least seriously consider some of these options. I think with the crappy economy people have held onto older cars for longer. Most aren't as efficient as current cars. Also probably most aren't properly maintained.

We have a garage but it is narrow and on the opposite side of the house then were the electrical service enters the house. While not impossible to get a 230V line run over it will be a bit more costly to do so. And I really hate pulling in and out of the garage so much that we currently just don't do it.

I think people are living further and further away from where they work. Some can take mass transit but many can not.

My buddy's brother is also getting married at some point.  He has a fiance.  Even though he has chicks hitting on him all the time and he is sleeping around still etc.  He doesnt even have to try and he can get a lot of women.  The dude is just good looking and buff.  And the fuck ing asshole is going to ruin his life if he gets married.  Me and my buddy are trying to talk him out of it.  This could be a Tiger meltdown waiting to happen.

Check out this completely asinine way that the NBA playoff seeds are set up:

East:

1 vs 8

2 vs 7

3 vs 6

4 vs 5

West:

1 vs 8

2 vs 7

3 vs 6

4 vs 5

Ridiculous! It's like all they care about is which team played better this season! They don't even care about what place a team finished in their division or anything!
Last season, the Spurs finished with 55 wins, in a division that that saw every team reach the playoffs. Portland won 51 games in a division with two teams that had a sub-.400 winning percentage, and no playoff teams other than itself.

Portland got the 4 seed, and Memphis and San Antonio, both 55 win teams, received the 5 and 6 seeds.

Sold over 200,000 units at retail, I never would have guessed they would print nearly that many!

Retail version costs $25 (vs $15 for digital) but they still make $4 less per unit on retail because of all the additional costs.

WiiU and 3DS versions sold significantly better than PS4 at retail. Odd. Maybe cuz there's not as much competition on the WiiU and 3DS shelves? No clue on that one.

36% of retail copies and 38% of their amiibo sales came from Gamestop, significantly more than the 2nd place retailer. Ugh, gross. Why? I guess cuz people love trading in their shit there and using the money to buy new shit.

Yeah, if he enjoys sleeping around there is no reason for him to get married. Even if it's not a tiger meltdown it will still be a huge mess when he inevitably gets caught or gets tired of his wife and ends it.

Wondering why large groups of people shop at Gamestop is like wondering why large groups of people shop at Walmart. Because people are dumb. Plenty of people think Gamestop is just THE place to go to get a game.

Is Nintendo's online still as dumb as it's ever been? If I had a WiiU and wanted the game for that, I'd be more inclined to pick up physical vs digital than getting it for ps4 because of that.

I noticed that gamestop bit too but figured youd say something about it. The general "gamer" must not hate the place as much as cag does.

How can Kobe be in the same boat as Carmelo other than taking a lot of shots? Kobe is a 5x champ and was a great defender. Carmelo isn't in the same realm as Kobe in any capacity.
He was the second best player on the first three titles, and advanced metrics peg Gasol as the best player on the Lakers for Kobe's last two.

Kobe's a step above Carmelo in efficiency, but they're both volume scorers.

I don't think the Lakers win in 09 or 10 with Melo over Kobe. Kobe was legitimately good to excellent defensively in the Lakers' first three titles, and while the early 2000s Lakers may have won a title or two with a prime Melo instead of Kobe, I wouldn't put money on it.

TL:DR Kobe is overrated, especially on D, but he's a clear step above the volume scorers of his era(s).

I linked it but there was no response. I was expecting a quick #HYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYPE from you.

I cant see videos on my work laptop so when you guys post videos during the work day I normally dont see them unless someone mentions a bit about what they are then I go and check it on my phone.

Thanks for nothing Therm!

Yeah and supposedly he has women throwing themselves at him on the reg. Ive seen it and his brother tells me about the other times he has seen it. marriage will not end well for him. Although she is hot and wealthy so at least she wont be taking his money if they get divorced.

Thee changed the name of bilbo baggins to banjo cat because they were scared of copyrights once they started distributing six packs. I'm upset cause the original bottle had a hobbit hole on it!

Or perhaps because it doesn't include the vita and PS3 version, that's one reason I would never consider buying the physical release. Paying more and getting LESS than digital? fuck that. I would also imagine Nintendo consumers are less comfortable with digital purchases since it is such a cluster fuck compared to PSN and XBL.

Looks like the Packers will be the first opponent in the new Vikings stadium next season in week 2. We can return the favor for spoiling the opening of the new Lambeau however many years ago.

You should go on wikipedia and do the same

Set in a time "Between the Dawn of Færie and the Dominion of Men", The Hobbit follows the quest of home-loving hobbit Banjo Cat to win a share of the treasure guarded by the dragon, Smaug.

So the RYNO in the mew Ratchet and Clank has the skin of the RYNO from tools of destrucTion but shoots and plays music like the one in A Crack in Time. Dont need to buy it either, just get the collectibles to make it.
