That happened to me a handful of times while running for collectibles, it got really annoying. But when I would check the intel the location counter would say that I'd already gotten all of the collectibles for the area I was in.

I finally got the elite kills and 8 dark zone extractions last night, so the only dark zone trophy I need is the rogue agent kills. If anyone is interested in boosting that, let me know because it's rare that I see anyone go rogue and when they do, I'm way underleveled (currently at 177).

It is supposed to be easier though so if someone were wanting to see somewhat what a Souls game was like but was wary of high difficulty that might be a decent starting point.

When the item(s) tied to the No-Rush Shipping actually ship(s), you get a separate Benefit Confirmation email that mentions the expiration date. The most recent such emails I've received (from this morning) say they expire 7/31.

I was really interested in the original Dark Souls game when I was reading about it before it came out. But I knew the game would be too frustrating for me to play. I know I would rage quit. I will keep this in mind though.

I've got the first 3 games in my backlog. It seems like every time I think I'm about to just make the plunge, I read something and just think do I really want to raise my blood pressure playing them. Some day.

True, but mechanical pencils have a pokey metal part where the lead comes out. Not sure if it's a problem. Waiting for a callback from the doctor and will ask the kid what type of pencil tonight.
 
Decided to see if the GTA sale prices were up yet and couldn't find the PS4 versions at first. The PS4 titles listed as PSN Game; I didn't realize that PSN Games don't count when you do a search and choose Games on the left under Media Type. Browsing is the same way; choosing Games under Media Type is mutually exclusive with PSN Games under Game Type.

Most mechanical pencils aimed at kids I see are plastic, not metal. They come in 4 or 5-packs and all kinds of colors.

I think the group I am playing with will be starting the dark zone soon. Problem is 2 of us are level 12 and we are the highest in our group, so you wouldn't even be in the same DZ section as us. At least I assume when we disbanded the group so we could kill each other that it would send you to another DZ.

Yeah, the glitched collectables in this game are really starting to get on my nerves lol. Hopefully I'll just be able to grab it in my friends game later, hope it doesn't mess his stuff up as well. At least I know he's probably never going to look for the collectables otherwise though.

I'd help with dark zone, but I think I'm only at 113 right now? I don't think those are even in the same level dark zone. Really annoying when it comes to the trophy now, I should have worked on this part earlier, because I didn't even see a human player at all when I was playing DZ yesterday.

Battletoads is a blast with co-op and if there are save states making the fuck ing turbo tunnel will be possible.

Blast Corps is quite a great and unique action puzzler in which you have to use a variety of demolition vehicles to clear the path for a runaway warhead.

Even if you were grouped up it'd send him to a separate DZ. The game loves to be annoying like that.

Yuck! So we definitely need to boost it before some of us cross level 14 since our 3rd friend is lower. I thought it would let you all go to the same dark zone as a group. However, I did not know what would happen once you disbanded so you could boost rogue kills.

I have seen people talk about starting a new character to boost the rogue kills in the the dark zone. I do not want to have to bother with that.

Yeah, it's annoying how they handled it. Hadn't thought of the new character to boost, but I might have to try that out. I think I've got a level 5 or 6 secondary that I can use if I can't find anyone in the low end of the 30 stat group I'm stuck in now.

Yeah, I think it's based on the level range, so the first group is like 1-14, 2nd 15-29, then 30+. I had a friend that was going to try to carry me through some of the dark zone stuff before I was 30 and we got a level mismatch. But then I think once you hit 30 it splits you up based on your gear score, but I'm not 100% sure.

As long as you all are in the same zone before disbanding, it should leave you on the same server, I believe.

But its google fiber, 1gb up and down with no data cap. Id pay for that in a heartbeat. Looked at costs for city that already has it, 130/month for 1gb net, 150 channels, great deal to me.

Well thats 1 tv box, but each additional is only 5/month, still less than most cable providers charge for more boxes.

Yeah, it splits you on gear score after 30 now. Sucks because I hit level 30 after most of my friends, and now I still can't play DZ with them because I don't have a high enough gear score.

And I pay just over $90 for 50/50, phone, two cable cards, 325 channels (100 in HD) and HBO. No data caps either. I could jump up to 100/100 for $15 more.

Yes I bought both my Tivos ($200 for one and $125 or so for the other) and I bought the router for about $55. So no equipment rental fees.

Is that TV box a DVR/PVR? If not do not want.

I would pay $40 (plus some tax) more for less TV channels and much faster Internet then I have or need.

Other then bragging rights what do most people need 1gb for?

yea its a dvr box, plus its a wifi extender too apparently. With your tivo, dont you have a monthly fee for the guide or did you buy a lifetime thing?

70/month for just the net aint bad to me either.

First one was a $99 refurbished Premiere. Used it for a while (6 months maybe) paying the monthly fee. There was a life time promotion for $99 IRC. I did that. Second one I bought used from someone for $125. It had lifetime on it. Newer boxes are faster and have more features but these work well enough for us and better then the 3 different cable/FIOS DVRs we have had.

Even buying new hardware and new lifetime subscription the break even is 18 months or so when compared to most cable companies rental fees.

If we ditched the home phone I would have to get a plan with more mins (and probably a new phone) for my wife.

I just don't think Google is an automatic thing for everyone. You have to weigh what they offer vs what you have and see if it is worth it. I don't want to pay $30 to $40 for bragging rights and lose the home phone.

All of this is moot as we are in NY and Google isn't. And if they were I doubt they would be in my neck of the woods anyway.

Bastiion? Only issue on vita is the game is small, like its zoomed out or something kinda, text is pretty small to read. It ran fine though and controlled well, just had to hold a little closer to my face than I normally do with the vita.

I played it all on the PS4, but I think the concensus was that it was fine on Vita. Felt a little zoomed out? Don't remember seeing anyone complain about the controls though. Transistor was fun, but had a slow start imo.

I pay $40/mo right now for 50/5. It's the 5 part that really sucks, and there's no good option here until Google is live. Also, I get nowhere near the advertised speed at peak times since I'm in a condo complex filled with millennials.

My frugal side says keep the $40/mo, but my tech toy side says get the 1GB up and down because awesome.

bastion was just fine on vita, I had no complaints at all.

All those millennials will likely jump ship for Google. I believe Google is PON and not point to point. If so, they will be fighting each other over the gig at peak times and you should not have to compete with them on the cable plant.

I thought I had posted that I really liked it. Mainly more for the campiness than the gameplay, but the gameplay was still fun. I could see it easily wearing out its welcome if it had been longer though since it was relatively basic.

 
I forget who the few are in here with an Xbox one, but those here that have it, have you done the backwards compatibility? Do you like it? There are very few games that I like for the 360 that I don't already have on PlayStation. I'm debating trading in my 360 towards a Xbox one. And selling off all the games I don't want that aren't compatible.
