Hopefully this is fixed now.

Here is the list of changes implemented with the server restart of April 21:
- Fixed a bug where players could revive others twice by holding the Revive key
- Fixed a bug where Talent effects could be stacked by repeatedly switching the equipped weapon. This should also resolve the recent server instability that was due to the increased traffic generated by this bug.

Rogue Stormers got glitched at -80% before they upped glitch to 100% so can't buy anymore :(

Honestly, what Ubisoft said about temp banning players until a fix was in place on that Division stuff is a pretty typical response from a lot of MMO devs (even though the Division's not a real MMO). The only people who usually get riled up and angry about it are the people who are abusing whatever exploit.

Origin betas are really hit and miss. I got into the Battlefront alpha which I was stoked about but not got into shit since. I dont think they send codes either. The game just pops into your Origin, unless you're trying for one elsewhere (dunno if it was offered).

 
Opera Browser has added a free built in VPN service.  Article on TF, Article on Lifehacker.

Not sure if this is enough to get me to use it... Opera always felt like the least user friendly browser since mosaic. ...definitely will try it out. 

The Free Vpn service is worth $7/year.
