I just spent 10 dollars on lunch without even thinking about it.

took me a good minute staring at the screen with that dbz vita game and banner saga in my cart.

Do I really wanna spend this 10 dollars?

You know the development history was ridiculously plagued with issues, right? Though yeah I don't expect much at this point.

Why would I know that? I dont follow the development of games looking to post links to stories that are actually taken from Kotaku!

Who do you think I am Vig?

Yeah it doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out these devs suck when they release a game as broken looking as those videos make this one out to be.

 
Some good deals in here (I own just about everything of interest). Banner Saga is purdy and a nice, light strategy game. Jackboxes are obviously awesome if you can get some people to play with. 

 
I don't think I'm going to buy anything from this sale. Some I have, the rest I'm not terribly interested in. I'd rather save my money for Downwell next Tuesday.

 
If you don't have it from plus that's a great price on the Hitman trilogy, $4 which is less than the cost of the individual games for some reason. $3ish dollars is also a fairer price for Hitman Go and it has a plat, plays fine on the Vita.

Reading the development history makes it pretty clear there's no way they could put a decent game out.

Since they put it out when it has all these issues I really doubt they're looking to fully support it. At this point they seem to be trying to recover their losses and going for the short-term grab; if they could have fixed everything easily they would have done that previous to the launch to avoid all the negative press.

I cant login to the webstore on my work laptop and just assume the store through the playstation app on my phone would have all the same deal as the webstore...but it doesnt. I know we have had this convo before, but I keep forgetting about it.

Thanks but I don't have a PS3 anymore. For $5 I think it is a great buy for those who haven't played it.

No rush on the Lego Batman. I still have 3 sections to unlock on Lego Marvel. I think I played 30 mins this week.

I can't tell from the screen shots - Is that DBZ game more a Street FIgher game requiring complicated combos and controller inputs to win?

It looks more like sort of a Samurai Warriors button mashing type game.

 
Battle of Z on Vita port looks pretty good visually and seems quite responsive. Load time was 15 seconds for the first mission the guy plays, which was about five minutes long. Second mission was 25 seconds and the mission was about 10 minutes. Not bad, I think.

Speaking of the POS PS3, I've used it and the 360 recently, and the PS3 is substantially faster then the 360 now. That definitely didn't use to be the case. Microsoft made the 360 a complete dog.

Playing games was fine, I just cant imagine going back to that PSN store and trying to synch trophies. I might slit my throat waiting for those on PS3.

Yeah I borrowed a friends 360 a couple months ago trying to find/recover some game saves. That thing was so SLOW.

I added tetris ultimate ps4 on to my cart.  It made my total a round number ($26.00) which I genuinely took as a sign that I was meant to buy these 5 games.  that's some world class delusion right there.

The trophies thing is no big deal though, because unlike the PS4, it will auto-sync them over night.

fucking amazing Sony cant handle trophy syncing right even on PS4. Why the fuck do I need to go into trophies and sync it? My game saves automatically save to the cloud. Sync my fucking trophies.

One of the few things MS got right. The first few days I had it I kept looking for a place to sync my achievements.

Then went back to playing PS4 (Doom) and kept forgetting to sync them.

Also cool in Windows 10 (about the only thing) is it will also pop your achievements there as you get them.

With trophies only taking like 15 seconds to sync on PS4, what's so hard about going to the trophy icon to start the sync process?

I'm happy to trade the overnight auto-sync that PS3 has for the super fast syncing on PS4.

Jesus and here I was looking for another Vita game to play since Im pretty much done with Rocketbirds.  I have like 2 or 3 and none of them from this sale...and I don think I will buy any this week either.

I forget to do it until after I've put the PS4 to sleep and turned off the TV. I have to turn it back on and power up the PS4 and then sync. Sometimes I don't bother. Anyway, this is as stupid argument. The PS4 should ALSO sync automatically.

Dbz is a fighting game. It's just not as ridiculous with combos. If you like dbz at all, it's a very solid game.

I dont think Jimbo is saying its hard per say its just strange they couldnt get it to go automatically. I agree though, totally love the quick synch now and think thats better than the sometimes auto overnight synch.

I have a habit of pausing and synching the trophy as soon as the icon pops on screen. I really love seeing what they are and how many people (%) have them right away.
