PSNOT 3.0 - Let's Talk About University of Kentucky, Baby!

Atlus confirmed that the Vita demo for Odin Sphere should be up today.

If I've only played some of 1 and even less of 2, should I hold off on getting Uncharted 4 from the library until I play all those or just say screw it and jump right to 4?

Still no release date. Not sure if cross-buy was announced previously, but the LRG version is nice, as is the price.

That limited run box looks nice, but I'll probably end up just grabbing the digital version. The game looks really good.

I think the Vita version is the one I'm gonna go with. I don't know if the stages get significantly longer, but it seems like a perfect fit with how short the PS4 demo level was.
Yeah, I'm still leaning towards Vita as well. Levels seemed to have about as much activity as Muramasa, and that ran well. I'll probably grab a preorder tonight and hopefully I can just pick it up at bby on tuesday.

You need to play the first 3 before 4, a lot of the good story revolves around relationship stuff built up in the first 3.

Dont think the story in 4 would have the same gravitas without knowing the story of the first 3 and specifically a certain relationship.

fuck best buy, have that shit shipped to you with amazon prime plus the 20 off.

Wow, Need for Speed added 15 DLC trophies? I may need to rebuy that along with Just Cause 3 later this year.

Yeah, they added drag racing and some other stuff. I bought it for X1 a couple weeks ago cause they had it for $20. It's not the same though, cause I can't run spotify through the headset.
Are all the DLC free? It looks like it is...if so I may just do start a Gamefly sub and rent it.

I think I'm going to take myself off the Uncharted 4 list and wait until I eventually get the Uncharted Collection and play through that. Unfortunately, with how quickly I play games, and because after I play one I'm going to want time away from it before starting the next, I'll be getting to Uncharted 4 around 2018.

If you know how to gameshare, I have the digital version of ucc.

I dont know how it works on ps4 really, so you'd need to know what to do, but I dont mind sharing it with you.

Oh are we not angry about the gcu changes?

My bad.
I mean I was a little annoyed that you can't do Black Friday stuff with GCU now, but I see no reason to fuck them and stop using the service all together. I mean I still payed for the damn thing, might as well get my money's worth. And I'll most likely renew when it's up. One day ain't gonna kill me. And if losing that one day helps keep the program afloat for the other 364 days, then let them have it.

tl;dr fucking relax people

I was being hyperbolic

That was the worst hyperbolic I've ever seen in my whole entire life and probably the history of the Earth and the universe and the dimension and all future dimensions and tomorrow.

Yeah people (not necessarily in this thread, just around the net) are taking the GCU changes too seriously. It might end up costing people $20-$30 a year, unless they go all out and just buy every game on sale during Black Friday. Last year I spent $35 on games at Best Buy during BF, saving a whopping $7 using GCU! Not exactly an amount worth getting worked up for.

What does the online look like for that game? I was considering trying to go back and get the platinum but winning a 4 player game might not be possible anymore.
No clue. Pretty sure Mild and others have said it is terrible. I've just been playing the Marvel minigames, haven't touched the main campaign in over a year.

As long as it still works on regular sale prices it's a solid deal at $15 a year, the bigger issue I think is that this feels an awful lot like a testing to phase out other GCU benefits such as it stacking with sales.

Right?

Eventually they might go to the amazon version, 20 percent of msrp and only in the first 2 weeks after release.

In the immortal words of Charles Barkley, thatd be turrible.

I mean shit, they hardly do any games on the 10 bonus for preorder, which used to be 20 at one point.

Yeah bro this ball rolling game should have a campaign mode.
Um, there are a lot of ball rolling games that have single player.

But you're missing the bigger point, that I'm disappointed that they're working on a competitive only MP game at all, regardless of the actual gameplay.

Phantoms don't really work on PS4, so gamesharing is even simpler. You hit your PS button, choose Add User, and then enter the email/pass for the account. It'll ask if you want to activate the PS4 as the primary PS4 for that account; say yes. While logged on as that user, set the game downloading, then switch back to your primary account and play as normal. Once you're done just go into settings, switch to the GS user, choose Account Management/Activate as your Primary PS4/Deactivate. Once you've deactivated the account the next person can activate the account on their PS4.

That's it.

The bf deal does sting a little bit. I think I spent somewhere around $100 last year. It's usually when I buy gifts for people. As long as they keep up with the certs, it's still well worth it. Thanks to prime, I have a good balance now. Best for games with certs/midnights/popularity, and prime for all my niche needs.

Trying to get my kids to finish off the Infinity 3.0 plat while they're playing it today (which would take them 20-30 minutes tops) but apparently they can't be bothered with it since they'll be too busy feeding their sidekicks virtual churros all day... what a couple of pricks I'm raising.
