I bought this last week from Amazon (paid $20.02 after tax) and can confirm my copy came with the soundtrack and artbook. The game itself is indeed pretty bad. As an SRPG enthusiast I was able to suss some enjoyment from it but only by putting self-imposed limits on what units I could use because the game is way too easy.
There is very little strategy involved because you can gain levels extremely quickly and brute force your way through the game purely by virtue of overpowered stats. By the time I got to the 6th chapter, Ares, the main character was impossible to kill. Enemy units didn't even try. They just walked up to him and ended their turns (the AI is terrible, incidentally). Later, once I caught up other units to his level, entire missions boiled down to each enemy waiting their turn to be killed because they literally could not fight back.
There's 4 branching story paths but the pacing is really rushed and absolutely nothing is explained. Even after beating the game, I didn't feel any inclination to see what the other paths were like. The game probably would have benefited from having a single linear story that was better fleshed out. The characters are all tired tropes, which in itself didn't bother me, but they get absolutely zero development so the entire cast was just a bunch of interchangeable talking heads to me. There is a New Game+ that carries over your units' levels and stats but the game was already laughably easy in the first place.
The one good thing I'll say is that I never ran into any bugs or glitches.
