a port of a 10 year old game? why don't they just start porting all the original xbox games? xmen legends 2 was only one year older than M:UA :p

 
You can't just port over Ultimate Alliance as it is. It looks like an original Xbox game. That one needs a full remaster. If they port over a 2006 game it will be laughable. UA 2 fares a little better but that one needs a lot of work too.

The same way Modern Warfare 2 got a full blown makeover, hopefully Activision will do the same for those games. I would hope Disney will not allow them to put out a shitty looking Marvel game.

Wasnt MUA on 360 just a hd port of the ps2 game? Sadly even if they do just port it over again it will probably sell better than most new ips
 
I learned a valuable E3 lesson. Don't make any big purchases before E3.  I bought my Elite controller 3 weeks ago and now you can get an entire Elite bundle for $170-200 more.

I have a 350 GB cap and it sucks. The next level up is a pretty unnecessary 999 GB cap, though. I'm generally between 300 and 350 but reached 500 last month.

 
My nephew only gets 10 gig a month.

If I didn't have dial up for over 15 years including all the way up till 2013 I would feel bad for him

The single player and coop have different story. I enjoyed both of them.I would say if you enjoy puzzles go for it because the single player was amazing.

The single player is awesome, and is completely separate from the co-op. This isn't like co-op in other games where another person is added to the main story.

Single player is you as Chell working to escape the facility, and co-op is you and a buddy as a couple of test robots going through puzzles together. Entirely different puzzles and areas and story for each mode.

 
I bought Bard's Gold solely because of an inside joke I have with friends about bards, best reason to spend $5 right there.

Thinking about trading in my Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition to GS since it is getting $11 right now.  If I own everything on the 360 is it fine to play it on that console or does the X1 version make a huge difference?

Funny that you say that...Phil Spencer said today, that they want to work on that goal to implement xbox original games as well with BC, he also mentioned, that at some point everybody should have access to every game they ever bought for their xbox systems. At least that's the ambitous overall goal....

MUA was one of those bridge games. Came out early in the 360 cycle while games were still coming out for the previous gen. Had better graphics and exclusive characters on the 360.

My guess is that they won't do a remaster, just a straight digital port with both games. Maybe add in 900p upscaling and achievements like Sony has been doing with PS2 games.

I just want to recommend everyone look at/pick up Bard's Gold for $5, it's a great game and I am very surprised by how much I am enjoying this, especially for 5 bucks, played 5 hours of it and I will definitely be playing some more soon!

Rogue Legacy is one of my favorite games I've played so far this gen. Not sure how I didn't already know about Bards Gold, but have it downloading now. Really looking forward to playing it tomorrow.
 
So I am playing Battlefield 4 during the EA Free Play Days. I ran into a campaign glitch that reset a majority of my progress- I can't even access levels I have completed through the Level Select screen. Reading up on it, it sounds like this glitch was/is a major issue.

Was it ever fixed or is there a workaround?

If you're referring to the glitch where the single player progress is reset after going into multiplayer, no, I don't think there ever was a fix. My progress got reset on the 360 version that way. When I played through it again on Xbox One, I just played through all of the single player before going into multiplayer, just in case.

I'm glad to hear it! Yeah, I was using my elite, and kept alternating between using A and the paddle to jump since I'm so used to using the paddle now, but the button is helpful to use for a game like that, especially in the platforming heavy parts. (one of the bumpers is also jump, and the other is attack)

All these Ubisoft e3 games look so damn fun, but I just keep trying to tell myself "it's Ubisoft don't believe the hype!" Sea of Thieves, GR Wildlands (doesn't look worth $60, but does look fun), For Honor, Watch Dogs 2, South Park... omg, Steep looks like a blast but not worth buying a ps4 for. Come on Ubisoft, don't screw them ALL up!

They tried multiple times to fix the glitches in terms of resetting the campaign. I had my save file lost months later after trying to play it again.

So no, the campaign reset glitch was never fixed.

The good news is in 5ish hours you can beat the game on Normal. It's even less if you play on easy, and you can get all of the campaign achievements on easy outside of beating it on easy/normal/hard/whatever the hardest difficulty was.

I ended up beating it on Easy in one sitting last week actually.
