I am trying to go thru that route but I am having issues
Which issues? It went okay for me so far (I think). Just waiting for the 4-pin code from my pre-auth charge to confirm my diners card with the airport sky club before I hop on the plane.

Mine did yesterday. And by crazy it was twice. And now it runs so smooth! Not really. I actually never know why it updates so much.
I get a ton because I opt into whatever betas they have going, but like 99.9% of the updates (when I bother to read the notes) are useless crap. Though the last one sounds okay if you uninstall a bunch of games at once.

About a month ago I posted on the PSN sales thread about how Sony should open their plataform and let other digital outlets sell PSN games and everyone went bananas.
Huh, PSN thread going bananas, I'm shocked! /ycs

Only really checked out PSN in the rare times I fire up the PS3 and see some note about a sale going on. Which, as you said, it ends up being crap. Also I really need to finish my PS3 games some time (still have Last of Us, Beyond: Two Souls, and MGS IV to finish ><).

State of Derpcay Year One edition is getting a retail release via Nordic games and activates on Steam.  The notable fact is it'll only be $20 versus the $30 Microsoft wants on Steam.  If you have Prime you can get a 20% preorder discount which drops it to $16ish.  Not an amazing price but better than the piddly 15% off they offered during the Summer Sale.  Might be cheaper if you go virtual globe hoping, don't know how Amazon works with that.

This may be the beer talking, but that dog avatar looks a bit like an owl.
It is indeed an owl. Pygmy owl.

Just a heads up, there are 4 more days (counting from tomorrow) until Nuuvem's sale ends. During the week I'll be really busy with stuff to do at the uni so I might not be able to help as desired. Tomorrow I'll be doing some stuff but I think I can help out some of you that might want to grab something before the sale ends. No need of extra payment, is totally optional and not mandatory. I have to say though that Nuuvem put many restrictions in payments. Some games like Metal Gear Rising Revengeance, Silent Hill Homecoming, Hotline Miami 2, etc are impossible to buy twice (tried even with different payment methods and ended up refunding some money due to this problems). Also, most games put a 24 hours restriction in buying with the same payment method so there's some waiting to do. Another strange thing was that today I bought Dark Souls 2 Scholar of the First Sin twice on the same account, I thought there was a 1 game per account restriction? :whistle2:k

Since Valve's customer support is completely useless, I thought I'd post this here to see if anyone has had this issue.

I recently purchased several games during the Steam Summer Sale at the same time (all were in my cart at the same time when I confirmed my purchase). One of these games is Dead By Daylight, which continues to lock up whenever I attempt to start the game. I updated my video card drivers but the problem persists, so I attempted to initiate a refund request for the game.

However, when attempting the refund, it says "The following games will be removed from your account and you will be credited with $19.11" (which is the price of Dead by Daylight) and lists all of the games I purchased, not just Dead by Daylight.

I only wish to refund Dead by Daylight, not all of the games. These games were NOT purchased in a bundle, they were merely purchased at the same time in one transaction (had them all in my card and confirmed the purchase). How can I refund just Dead by Daylight, and not the other games?

And is it even legal for them to refund me for one game yet take away six other games without refunding them?

There's a chance the Steam price will drop once the retail version ships.

I just checked my own recent purchase, Steam also wanted me to return all the games I bought in the same transaction. I paid with wallet, and it's really weird.

My advice? Refund it. Then, if they screw you over by removing more than the one game, complain to support.

You could complain to support first, but then three months down the line you'll just get "sorry, it's been longer than two weeks, we're not doing shit"

I just found this thread:

https://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/1/357287935560704343/

Apparently even though it says it'll remove all the games, it will only actually remove the game I clicked on. I'm just gonna go through with it and if it removes the other six games, I'm sure I'll be able to get them back by explaining the situation.

Really dumb question coming right here:

If I refund Wolfenstein TNO and re-buy it from GMG, will i keep my progress and achievements?

That $2 matters.
if you were playing it on steam your save should be uploaded to the cloud. im sure you can probably also manually copy/paste a save file locally somehow. so yeah.

Ya im pretty sure too.

but i just remembered i don't think coupons work anymore unless it's $10 or more so i'm not gonna bother

Ok truth time, I can't seem to sign in so I stopped caring.

If you refund Wolfenstein, it won't delete your files unless you uninstall it. So if you refund, get your money back, then activate the new Wolfenstein key, you'll still be good to go. It's basically the same scenario as when you download a game during a free weekend, the game won't be removed from your hard drive once it's over, you have to uninstall it. Trying to play it will only take you to the store page.

Hope that helped you.

I returned DayZ a few days ago because ti crashed on launch every single time. It was part of a multigame purchase, i got the same message saying the following games would be removed..yada yada, but they weren't. Just DayZ was removed. They just need to fix their message apparently.

What's the initial buy-in for the card before you start saving money?
Entropay charges 5% for a fee on whatever you load to the card. Paypal charges your Entropay card something like $1.70 (this is what they charged me, and I'm still waiting for that refund...) to ensure validity. Transferring funds to your new Paypal deducts an initial transaction fee + 5% of your transferred balance from the amount you sent over; you can only transfer funds over as a payment, since a bank account is required to send gift payments.

Using your Entropay credit card through Paypal for Nuuvem purchases is slightly cheaper than using Paypal funds. Just hope that your cards aren't restricted for "fraudulent activity" like mine were--Entropay is located in Malta.

y u post something that's not out until (practically) 2017?

Also  at European publishers who still do boxed retail editions for the US PC market. Have fun ending up in the Walmart bargain bin which probably won't be at my Walmarts because they suck.

Or the shelf at my Wal-Mart where games are full MSRP for all eternity.

Also, last call for Broforce 4-pack, $4.50 per slot, anyone? Bueller? (Only need 1 more person!)

Is there a tool that checks your computer for games with limited activations?

I'm probably going to have to do a Windows reinstall and don't want to end up losing one or two game reinstalls because I forgot to deactivate a game. :(

Hardcube dev should've just had a 20k giveaway on steamgifts, that would work right?

EDIT: oh, wait, hardcube only works if you have some screenshot proof that you had a key earlier, which, I'm sure everyone that had a key earlier has.  I always take a screenshot of every game that I add to my library.

Of course. Also not she should make them laugh at their Studio! And they do warn players that they are not informed of your passwords is not a coma.

Played a few hours of GTA 5 with Zenii, Bah, & ybx last night. Ran a bunch of missions, made just under 200k, had lots of fun. There's a ton of stuff that has been added since I last played. Looking forward to more senseless violence.

We also killed a few dozen prostitutes in honor of Blade.

Vermintide is on the docket tonight, come smash some rats! Hopefully we can get a couple full parties.

I can't imagine the hardcube folks are actually looking at every pic sent to them. Someone just send them an "interesting" gif and see if they get a key.

Is it wrong that I get a great amount of joy driving on the beach running sunbathers over?

Fallout 4 modding community is simply amazing and creative.

I've never seen such great modding support for any Computer game that has change my mind that not all Bethesda game mods are nude patches and big boobs till now.

Such creativity showed by these modders, they should be working for Bethesda themselves. 10/10 mod review.

Is it kind of weird that I didn't buy Blood and Bacon cause I was kind of grossed out by the premise, and also the screenshots? Course if it's bundled, I'll likely try it at least.

You mean killing pigs? Bacon is delicious so yes, that is weird. That said, fighting Princess would likely confirm your concerns about the premise.
