The series is getting progressively sillier with each new entry, and I am losing interest in each new installment, accordingly.

People forget that Dead Rising 1 took a turn for the serious in its middle when it started to discuss terrorism, colonialism, etc. Loved that, even if I didn't agree with its viewpoint. I miss that. (my GAF post)

Could easily be nothing, but they are a small team that probably wouldn't be putting out another game very soon so paying more for the Xbone license is a bit odd otherwise. Sony only did marketing for it so it's feasible. It could also have been before the Sony stuff was even in place, since there is also old data related to the PS3 and 360.

Hopefully the game is better by the time it does come if it's true.

Apparently there's a Destiny Collection "upgrade" on the Store for 40$ against the full 60$ that includes everything including the not-yet-released Rise of Iron expansion. It's supposed to be a cheaper upgrade path for old-gen players but I can see it too.

I remember a few people looking to get Destiny vanilla digitally for cheaper, I think 10$ is cheap enough.

Dead Space and Mass Effect I can see. KotOR probably would just be a port of the PC versions. KotOR 2 had a big modernization patch last year that added a lot of new features along with Steam Workshop support and an official endorsement of the restoration patch, if KotOR 1 received a similar patch then I'd expect them eventually, probably closer to Bioware's new Star Wars game.

If it includes the Blood Dragon disc, I would guess they enabled it. I didn't bother trying it though since I own it digitally too.

Can anyone comment on how much less prone to fucking up the 3.5mm or Xbone S controllers' bumpers are?

I had two launch DS4s with shoulder buttons that stick. One the rubber on the analog sticks ripped. I bought two replacement controllers and neither stick and have been solid. One is about a year old the other maybe 9 months. I did put Kontrolfreak extenders on them.

I picked up a XBox One in March and only have the one 3.5mm controller. According to mygamerprofile.net I have played 13 days and 20 hours. Maybe an hour or two might have been me logged into a friends 360. So far so good.

IDK, the XBox One 3.5mm controller seems a bit more solid then the DS4s. However I have a few occasions where the Xbox controller will not wirelessly connect. I plug in a USB cable and mess around with it a bit and then it stays connected. Hope it isn't a sign of a failure to come.

 
Called up Polk for the boom mic/adapter. Guy kept mentioning that I have to buy it from an "authorized dealer" to get the free items. I ended up just saying "yeah I did, I bought it from the site." That was good enough for him and now my shipment is in the mail.

I for one like what I'm seeing in both of these trailers. To give some context, I never played the original Dead Rising, only 2 and 3 so I love the wacky craziness in the DR4 trailer. I was hoping at one point that Frank would activate the mech suit and hover or something but eh. Frank using the Blanka mask to rip through the crowd of zombies got me excited. And that Infinite Warfare trailer... I'm a sucker for 80's music and if it has even a little bit of that, I'll be happy. I'll give Infinity Ward the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they learned from Ghosts. Maybe they can out-do Treyarch at zombies who knows? (I doubt it, but I still want to give them a shot.
