Nope and nope. As I said before, just deleted profile and redownloaded & still had the syncing issue. Even when I switched out a different surge protector, still wouldn't sync. Only when I deleted profile, plugged cables into the outlet and then redownloaded the profile, did Fallout Shelter sync. Weird as fuck but whatever, it works
 
You know how many fucking things I have plugged into my 8 outlet surge protector, yeah 8 with the Xbox One OG in one of them. Big fat OG XB1 ftw I guess.

Back on topic, picked up AC:R for $12, picked up SCII: Legacy of the Void for $20 & just grabbed Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker & Amiibo from Nintendo eBay for $20. Right before Mass Effect: Andromeda comes out, yeah stupid I know.  :dunce:

Has Half-Genie Hero been on sale cheaper than $15?  For that matter, what about Pirate's Curse?  I'd really like to get Half-Genie Hero while it's on sale, especially if there's a chance that Pirate's Curse will be on sale soon also, but I can't help thinking they might go lower sometime.

Half Genie Hero was $13 on Kickstarter years ago if that counts. Also Pirate's curse and 3 other games were $1 for a 3DS/Wii U Humble Bundle.

Half-Genie Hero came out in December, so I don't think it's ever been cheaper (other than for Kickstarter funders, which was 2-3 years ago). Aside from the Humble Bundle, WayForward has been pretty conservative with their own sales for Shantae games, I'm honestly surprised it's a whole 50% off and not just 33%.

This is great, and its nice to see Capcom releasing a collection of games that hasn't already been released 6 other times. Other than Mega Man and Street Fighter, they typically neglect the far-back catalog.

As long as they play well and are reasonably priced, I'm all in. I love having retro games on modern systems with achievements, controller support, etc. I'll still wait for a sale, but this is pretty cool.

 
any of you cave on far cry 2 digital? I have it physical and I love digital these days but I dunno if I can pull the trigger on the lesser of the far crys that I may never play just to own it digitally

the only issue I will have is sucking ass

as a kid I could catch a lizard/snake with cheetah like movement right off a rock and could beat any nes game with minimal deaths

couldn't do either as an adult of my life depended on it

FC2 on consoles had such a broken save system (PC allowed save anywhere, consoles only at designated spots) and enemies respawned so frequently that the game became a chore to me. IMHO one copy is too many. Classic and FC3 though are still plenty of fun.

Well it's really a love it or hate it game tbh.

Yeah it's not as good as Far Cry 3 and yeah outposts regenerate, and yeah you have to deal with malaria, and yeah you can heal yourself by taking out a bullet from your arm, and yeah you have to save a lot, and yeah guns jam, and yeah enemies either don't see shit or all are on you and know exactly where you are...
But yeah, I love it for that. I could do without the reg outposts but as being a Safari simulator and shooter it's top notch. I also actually played a lot of the game's multiplayer at the time too. That whole fire propagation thing is kinda neat too.

Rescue Rangers 2 and Duck Tales 2 alone make this a steal. Those games came out late in the NES era and ended becoming rare. Day one for sure. And I'm looking forward to playing Rescue Rangers with my son, just because I know he'll love throwing crates at me.

I've never been an online player but I dated a girl for a while that had her marriage wrecked by a dude addicted to far cry 2 multiplayer

It is $19.99 for all six games. It is a collection, not sold individually. Each game comes out to $3.33.

So I ended up grabbing EA Access so I can decide if I'm grabbing Mass Effect on launch or waiting. Is there a way to pre-load the trial now, or do I have to wait til tomorrow to download the 42 gigs?

I actually was gonna ignore this collection since I have the Ducktales remaster on x360/x1 and I refuse to buy bundles that include a game I've already paid for (this is CAG, right?). However, it looks like I don't have to hold myself to that rule since Ducktales appears to be the non-remaster.

my usual collecting strategy is buy a game about 3-5 times and never play it

 
That Afternoon Disney Collection is insane. og NES carts of Ducktales 2 go for $150+ and Chip n Dale 2 $200+. That said, I will totally wait for a sale. Practically every single retro/remaster game Capcom has released on X1 gets a discount. Resident Evil 0-1, RE 4-6, Mega Man Legacy Collection just last week....it'll happen with this Disney Arcade Collection before the end of the year. I can be patient

It's pretty cool to have a new official release, though I guess we now know there is a $5 Disney tax on these old games. (UMvC3 is $25 compared to the $20 of all other Capcom re-releases). These games are good but I don't see why this collection should be more than Mega Man Legacy, which had more effort put into it if anything.

The other concern here is how long Capcom's current license with Disney is. I guess make sure to grab any of the games that are part of this partnership if you are remotely interested in them, so you don't miss out like the great MvC delisting purge of last generation.

I never saw a Capcom Collection for X1 on sale.

 
The extra $5 may be to make up for the lack of a physical edition, which would have had a higher profit margin at $30 when it released on MMLC. No one would pay $30 for the Disney collection on disc short of a few die-hards. That or the physical MMLCs didn't sell well?

so this is how dumb I am. I watched episode one the first week he was out but hadn't got around to watching two through five yet. I liked it but I just been busy. So the othernight I decide it's time to catch up and accidentally started watching episode five instead of episode two. I knew the show was kind of trippy so I thought that's why I didn't know what was going on. I was about 45 minutes into it before I figured out I was watching the wrong episode 😜

So this was me with the first Season of The Expanse on Blu-ray. Some genius decided best to have the first disc you see while you open it being Disc 2, as there's a paper pamphlet over disc 1 on the left. I'm watching it and it starts off with previously on The Expanse, rapid fire of all the events that happened and I'm like wtf?! Almost spoiled it for me.

After seeing Chapter 5, it would be hard to go back and see/enjoy the previous episodes. But it is necessary. In fact, with some of the stuff that was mentioned in Chapter 5, I think I need to go back and re-watch.

While the Bioshock games are indeed downloadable, they don't seem to be playable using the licensing from the Game Pass. I wish they would just remove the games so I wouldn't be taunted.
