Also, Aiden from WD1 and Connor from AC3 are two of the worst lead characters in any UbiSoft Game.

Damn shame about Aiden, since WD1 with its mix of stealth, hacking, and GTA-like gameplay (vehicles for driving and also 3rd person-shooting) is a blast.

Still, for free....can't go wrong w/ WD1.

No way. Not even close.

Especially as long as Ezio from AC2 games and Vaas from FC3 exist.

So I don't know if this is a glitch or what on their part, but GMG currently has Nioh: Complete Edition at $40.49, and it stacks with that 20% off VIP coupon to drop it down to $32.39.

I ended up biting at that price.  LOL

Damn. I bought it at $38 from GMG and I bought two copies, so that would've saved me like $10.

Well, you could always try contacting them and asking for a partial refund. They did it for me once back in 2012 when I pre-ordered Hitman Absolution and the pre-order price dropped, but I only got the difference back as a store credit. I'm not sure if that's something they normally do though.

It looks like Squad is going to have a free weekend next week so maybe bronight for Thursday or Friday?
I almost bought it a while back. Good thing given I would never play it with PUBG etc. I also bought RS2 and Day of Infamy. That hasn't work out so well for me.

Squad is pretty good based on the free weekends I have played. Imagine BF1 and your RS or other more tac sim crossed.

Tell me again, why do I ever buy a game? I bought it on PS3 a while back and have yet to play it.
We can't win 'em all. With games being often devalued so fast, hard to keep up. We don't know how long it's going to take for a game to get cheap, go free, get bundled, or whatever.

We just take whatever deals we get and whether a better one comes along, no matter how long it takes to get there - well, nothing we can do but shrug our shoulders and just move on.

I'm in the same boat as audio vicious. Going to try emailing support, but I'm not holding my breath on a decent reaction. I, too, emailed support circa 2012, but about cancelling a pre-order for some fuck ing game that I don't even remember, that had been pushed back half a year. They were pretty rude in response to my request, which was exceptionally polite as I knew it wasn't GMG's fault, but they wouldn't even give me a Wallet credit, let alone my PayPal. I put off purchasing from them for roughly a year, but I'm weak. Soooo weeeeeaaakkk...

Difference of $11-, I'd def take it in store credit but I wasn't even going to waste my time emailing them, but then once I decided to, I couldn't even locate the email under the support part of their page.

I was barely able to finish FC3, but Watch Dongs was just too much. No idea how the lead dev thought the characters were even a remotely good idea.
I could tolerate them more so than the FC3 characters. Anyway, these games always have terrible stories. The fun part is getting chased by police cards and raising the traffic barricades on them!

Nioh reviews are a mix of:
- people who don't understand there's a launcher to configure it
- people who want to play the game with keyboard and mouse and can't do it
- people who use the launcher and a gamepad and are really enjoying the game.

Seems to be a good port overall. Wishlisted

Cant wait to play tonight; loved on PS4.

Pretty much. People go on about the plots or characters like they wanted their lives changed by Watch Dogs and I'm thinking "These are games about releasing wild tigers on a bunch of guards or causing traffic accidents!"

It's there. I think it's called submit a ticket, but may require a different log in or some such shit idk. I got CS Matthew and he gave me a Wallet credit of $7 and change for the experience. So... Yep.

Just don't try to do everything. You will not only burn yourself out but you will be wildly overleveled and trivialize the difficulty of the game.
Haven't played 3 yet...planned on starting with 1 (second start...can't stick with it....) going to 2 then 3.... so in Witcher 3 you should do main quest and then go back to side quests or?

It is not like I am expecting Pultizer Prize winning dialog and character development here. It's just that I want to play the badass, not some giant whiny emo vagina constantly complaining about his family. Or have the game give me an option to turn off dialog/cutscenes and just jump right to the next objective.

And sorry, raising police barricades and releasing tigers doesn't compare to bringing down the shield barrier and luring a T-rex into camp in FC:BD!

I really, really wanted to like Blood Dragon and appreciate Ubi giving it to FC3 owners for free but, man, that aggressive neon pink and blue color scheme just gave me headaches.

This is the best game of the year folks. imo of course. Zelda was good, Mario is good, Persona 5 is everything I want in a brand new game, and yet Nioh is still the best.

I only played a couple hours of 1 & 2. Didn't catched me. But 3 did from the beginning. I'll try 2 again after finishing 3

I loved FC:BD, every bit of it. I don't know, maybe the mix between the music, sniping with a bow, the 80s vibe... I was sad after finished it, wanted more. Hope they repeat the formula some day.

Nioh is basically Dark Souls if Dark Souls was fun. Not to dismiss the latter series, but I play those to beat them into submission. Nioh is just an all around good time, along with a moderate difficulty to match.
