I agree but at 50% off I'll bring it up. Might be worth it for the parts and Funky and Diddy Kong figures. I like the half a plane but don't get why, it's too small.

Oh yeah, no doubt, I appreciate you sharing it. I can just kind of tell why it's at 50% off, haha. I doubt many were being sold at $110.

VIP has some digital Star Wars posters. Cost no points so might as well download them. They are useless but cute.
 
Just saw the Lego City Arctic train on Facebook. It looks better than I thought even though it's hugely overpriced.

However the big news is there are new train tracks pieces!!! Not sure what they do the picture is two small but new pieces in train for the first time in decades.
 
I am amused there is a concept of an 'explorer' train. Are they exploring previously undiscovered tracks?

(Yeah, yeah, probably a supply train for explorers, not actually exploring...)

Looks like it would be fun to play with, though.
 
By the looks of it the new train tracks are a derailer and a realignment piece.

People online say it looks like AI. I'd love to know what AI they are looking at because AI pictures are not that good of fakes.
 
thoughts on the FF set? pricing not terrible considering Marvel sets the last few years but they should've given Reed long arms like they did for Mrs. Incredible but the big miss here was not making Thing a big-fig, wtf Lego

Ive seen the set and like that you actually get all four figures in one set but I didn't see the price. Is it $70?

For anybody that's bought in store on May 1st before, do they "run out" of sets and hold the rest for May 4th? If I go I probably won't be able to make it till about 5:00 but I don't want to make the trip if they do something like this.

I also saw the new helmets and Uwing in Target today.

What day are you going? The May 4th deals start May 1st. By May 4th I'd picture the GWPs being long gone.
 
A bunch of new sets have been shown, we are getting a Christmas tree figure in the city asvent, Star Wars Advent is terrible, Minecraft replaces the Marvel one.

New Creator castle with two new army groups. A unicorn castle for cheaper and a great, but very expensive for the size, haunted house that I thought was fake because the figures look like they are from the haunted house theme.
 
yeah the Creator haunted house set seems to just be an homage to the OG haunted house and Monster Fighters theme. on its own that little haunted house set is meh but will make a great little guest house for the OG haunted house.

lots of other cool reveals but not much I feel like I have to have or at least have right away.

The Next Bricklink series starts in 39 days and Lego added the price info. Vampire Castle is $350. Seaside village is $330. Mushroom village $210. Country store is $150. Popcorn stand is $55.
 
Friends, Dreamzzz, Ninjago, City and Disney Summer sets have been revealed. Highlights include the nicest generic Disney Princess castle Lego has made. The weirdest train station ever (the ticket booth is outside) and it has pigeons! Plus Friends has an arcade and comic book store that has a new Castle faction, unicorn shield piece.
