Well, they are toting advanced matchmaking on their coming soon items on their splash page. So if they improve that and the game is not blatantly P2W it might be an enjoyable little time waster.

Sorry for the thrashing in Nosgoth earlier green.  Matchmaking in that game certainly leaves a lot to be desired.  Seems like more often than not teams are horribly stacked.

I picked this up on 360 and seriously regretted it once I saw that it was coming to PC eventually (although the Xbox One MS store sale softened that blow quite a bit). Does this have the same level of persistence where things happen when you are not actually playing the game?

Looks like a mid grade laptop to me. Based on specs alone I'd imagine you wouldn't have any issues running today's games (Ivy Bridge, mid-grade GPU chipset, enough RAM). As for getting a wireless xbox controller to work with it, there's a simple plug and play wireless adapter dongle that works...

I had mine suspend itself after a min or so so you won't be downloading 9.2GB or whatever. This happened to me a couple days ago.

I just got one off Amazon not too long ago (unless you're talking about the original Xbox and not 360) Or if you already have a bunch of the wireless 360 ones lying around a wireless adapter will work just as well.
